FACEBOOK is blocking AdBlock Premium functions I purchased AdBlock Premium for 1 year, paid 10EURO. I would say that it works fine but not on the FACEBOOK which is likely using an algorithm that prevents functionality of AdBlock! So if you ant better adblocker, donate or buy a AdBlock Premium!

I absolutely love it! I can't remember for how long I've been using ABP, but it's the best ad blocker ever! It even makes websites load faster, because of all the ads getting removed. Would recommend for others with slow computers!

I subscribed on 25th Sept last year and… I subscribed on 25th Sept last year and it has Never worked on ANY browser. They have taken cash from my Paypal acct without ever fixing the error. I have sent a final email to them today, but don't hold much hope and will put in a Paypal complaint if not resolved now... They have 24 hours left....They have had long enough. Total RUBBISH. UPDATE: Today they have been very active and eventually said they could not fix the problem. In fairness to them they did refund me all the way back to September last year and cancel any further payments. Such a shame as it was a great product when it was free.

Shoddy Upgrade and Support As the title says, an appalling upgrade and support process. I 'upgraded' in January. My version told me as of May I needed to upgrade. When I tried, the website reported 'an error' and to contact support. They had me uninstall it, which lost all my settings, and there was no way to associate any further 'upgrade' with my Paypal pre-approved payment - that went through, even thought the upgrade failed. There was NO WAY I was going to try again with the obvious risk of yet another account that didn't deliver. Their support is utterly useless, and does not understand what they have been told. Paypal had clearly set up a pre-payments, but Adblock told me they 'had no record' of it. You do not want to be trusting your money to such shoddy systems. I cancelled my Paypal payments, and got a refund - though not of the January one. I've removed Adblock Plus after several years of using it, and now use uBlock Origin. This is utterly ridiculous. The company is not to be trusted.
