GBAmazing app, awesome support, great company behind the product. I have bought countless apps as a quest for the perfect sales/marketing tools. Bhuman is an amazing app with features far more advanced than the other apps I've bought. Don't waste your money trying to get a personalized video tool for your campaign. This app is it. My quest ended here. The speeches are amazing. The support is second to none. Lots of tutorials to learn, which is a plus.

GBThe product is really bad The product is really bad, there are no easy instructions. It freezes. The idea is great but the product is bad. I am suspicious about the 5 star reviews as the experience I have had is that is does not work.

GBI run a ecom store and decided to try… I run a ecom store and decided to try BHuman. Setting up my persona clone was not too hard, and it started working right away. The AI chats with customers and answers their questions, which saves me a lot of time. Most customers seem to like it, but a few have said it's a bit robotic especially the voice in Spanish. Their live chat is helpful. but sometimes it takes a while to get a response when the developers need to took into an issue. Overall, it's a good tool, especially if you're busy and need help talking to customers.

GBThis product is not good. This should be a great product. But it fundamentally doesn't work. I originally gave a 5 star review, but after months of trying to persevere, I've come to the conclusion that it's a great concept, poorly executed. The Zapier + Pabbly integration doesn't work, the connection times out before a video is made. Uploading via CSV doesn't work, you'll get 1-3 successful for every 30-50 uploaded. I've spent so much of my time going to support, and they just pass it onto the developers and I never hear anything again. I have just cancelled my subscription, but I will happily have my mind changed. If one of the team over at Bhuman can reach out to me with the email you have on your system, and fix all of these product problems, I will not only continue my subscription, I'll upgrade it, and look to go to an enterprise plan in the near future. And I will be happy to amend my review accordingly. But I've dedicated too much of my time to making this work, and I really shouldn't have to. Leaving my original review below for transparency: This product is unbelievable. I used to spend 50-60% of my time sending customised videos to prospects... and now it can be done for me, and there is literally 0 difference! That's 30 hours per week that I can now use doing other tasks! Being 100% honest, the UI can be a little glitchy at times, but when the product works this well I can't have too many complaints.
