Pleasantly Surprised I am pleasantly surprised with this bottle of Hydration Electrolyte Concentrate. I wasn't expecting much when I bought it; just hoping that it would work. I'm using it to go along with my low carb diet and found that it helps minimize the leg cramps that I have been getting. By itself, it tastes like salt water. There is not an unpleasant taste when used as directed though.

Great all natural product After using hydration electrolyte concentrate prior to drinking, I was able to hold my liquor. I usually wake up the next morning with a hangover, but this time I didn't. I could get out the bed without feeling full and regretting the following night. It is easy to use and the taste isn't bad. I love that this is an all natural product and don't have any artificial preservatives. Will be using every time I decide to indulge in alcoholic beverages.

Let me say I already get weekly… Let me say I already get weekly treatment of Meyers cocktail & B complex & the D shut once a week and I was told about the Hydration Electrolyte Concentrate since I work out and so glad I started using it by adding to my water and it has no taste which is great.
