CADr Bri is a life saver!! I can't say enough good about Dr. Bri and the programs she has put together. I went through the Overcome and Lift programs, and then Momentum. Momentum is so special, as she provides small group coaching and two one-on-one sessions that are totally geared to individual needs. There are also 30 exercises you can access through Momentum which bridge the gap from the Overcome and/or Lift programs to help you prepare for other exercises you can do as your pelvic floor continues to improve. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is very caring. And it all shows - all the time!! And another bonus - once you sign up for the programs you have lifetime access to them - which really is great as you can revisit them as your body needs them.

GBThe best prolapse program!! The Lift program has changed my life. It has been such a wonderful way to strengthen my pelvic floor after having 4 kids. The program is a lovely slow progression with well explained exercises that I can easily follow. I enjoy doing these exercises, Brianne makes it fun!!! Brianne is an excellent teacher and has made a fantastic program that will help you get your body back to being active again!

GBI’m so encouraged I’m feeling improvement. Feeling more control in urinary control. I believe big improvement is ahead for me. I have pelvic floor prolapse. GBLift and Overcome = great companion courses I currently use the Overcome Program and the Lift Program from Dr. Bri's Vibrant Pelvic Health Course. Although it has been about five months, I notice relief in some significant ways. I realize that I have a long way to go, but now I have HOPE. GBI’m on month 2 week four of Overcome… I’m on month 2 week four of Overcome and I’m definitely feeling so much better physically and mentally. I’ve been sticking with the program and haven’t missed a day of stretching and meditation. I’ll continue with these practices going forward even after I’ve reached 100 percent. Thanks so much!
