Status of our health/Tell the truth So far, good customer service (response, shipping, credit) & quality of products. I think once in the past, I had a slow response about a product, but no issue with getting credit. Sorry to hear about those who had a negative experience on the retreat. I would like to go to see for myself, though. I think Mr. Monarch should respond to criticisms/reviews. At the same time, I understand some people & companies seek to destroy the public's access to organic, healthy foods. They'd prefer us to eat contaminated, processed foods that make us sick, so that Big Pharma & the medical establishment can make huge profits.

Matt and Angela are wonderful! I ordered years ago quite a bit, but stopped while Matt was gone. I guess I missed the videos helping me think of stuff. I'm soooooo glad he's back I already ordered the 3 new pre, post and whatever else it is on the video. Should be here tomorrow! I think Matt and Angela are awesome and anything bad anyone experienced with this company was from an ungrateful employee. So many unreliable, unappreciative and dishonest people, but Mat and Angela ARE NOT THOSE PEOPLE

Excellent Online Retailer Found this site looking for a rather niche brand of flavorings, wide selection and a few with an unbeatable price. Picked out a couple and was a bit surprised by the cost of shipping. Ended up being well worth the slight increase in what I'd expected the shipping cost to be, package arrived very quickly and with great care taken to ensure these hard to find flavorings arrived in tact. I fully intend to order from them again!

I have not only appreciated their efficient and easy deliveries, but their communication if an order will be late. I have learned a great deal about products I have not heard about and can try feeling this is also an educational company. Most of all, I've become quite fond of the Monarch Family. great selection, prices I'm not sure I shopped at Raw Food World before, but got Matt's "at cost" promotion, so thought it would be a good time to try some new products (especially the pricier ones). Indeed, the at-cost specials made some coveted items affordable, and so I took advantage of the great selection. Service fast too.
