Love the personal note from Matt regarding ordering ( nice touch). Ease of ordering and paying whether by credit or Paypal. I only wish it wasn't so expensive to ship to Canada. With the Exchange rate on the Canadaian dollar to US funds makes it almost double the cost, the shipping just seemed extreme.

i love what you're company is doing! Living in South Carolina can make eating healthy very hard and being 21 in college doesn't help make things easy. All my friends eat is fast food and alcohol, but raw food world makes quality nutrition available by delivery. We need a health movement in the south! Help me!

Status of our health/Tell the truth So far, good customer service (response, shipping, credit) & quality of products. I think once in the past, I had a slow response about a product, but no issue with getting credit. Sorry to hear about those who had a negative experience on the retreat. I would like to go to see for myself, though. I think Mr. Monarch should respond to criticisms/reviews. At the same time, I understand some people & companies seek to destroy the public's access to organic, healthy foods. They'd prefer us to eat contaminated, processed foods that make us sick, so that Big Pharma & the medical establishment can make huge profits.

Matt and Angela are wonderful! I ordered years ago quite a bit, but stopped while Matt was gone. I guess I missed the videos helping me think of stuff. I'm soooooo glad he's back I already ordered the 3 new pre, post and whatever else it is on the video. Should be here tomorrow! I think Matt and Angela are awesome and anything bad anyone experienced with this company was from an ungrateful employee. So many unreliable, unappreciative and dishonest people, but Mat and Angela ARE NOT THOSE PEOPLE

Healthy evolution I have always been satisfied with the personal touch of this store. The family makes you feel like your getting advice from your healthy "brother." They are not afraid to tell you when one of their products has gone "bad" (the water fiasco) and are willing to make the customer whole quickly. Never been disappointed with any of the products I have purchased. I would highly recommend this store not just for their products but also for the education on raw foods.
