Great company! Great company! Their predictions are often dead on when it comes to profits. I feel as though other companies under estimate your profits.

The site use to be useful The site use to be useful. Now with their upgraded all the information you would need is behind pays.. and Im not talking deep dive info either. I paid for the basic subscription and I can only see where properties are located and some estimated occupancy and revenue numbers. Nothing deeper unless I "Upgrade" which I am sure they will nickel and dime ya again. I canceled and went to their competitor.

Great data and easy to use but... Great data and easy to use interface however, the pricing structure isn't fair or clear at first. You pay £16 per area, which in my case was a town of 80,000 people and subsequent areas would cost an additional £16, so very expensive! I wanted to look at whole regions and multiple towns and cities.

Love the data level but would give five… Love the data level but would give five stars if I could purchase 30 days. Not looking for 30 day trial, rather 30 days to look at a specific market. That way, I can look at say three different potential markets for potential Airbnb purchases. Once I buy, of course I’m going to subscribe to annual membership of that market but I don’t need a year of all three markets for a year! You absolutely need to make that change or your program is garbage to me!

Invaluable data for investment decisions AirDNA was invaluable for picking the right market to invest in and picking a good property that would give me the best ROI. I wouldn't have felt confident purchasing a property without the data AirDNA provided. By using both the market overview data and Rentalizer, I identified a property that was a good buy and should generate solid rental revenue. It isn't magic and I still had to review comps to make sure I believed the result, but it still empowered me to take the plunge and feel good about my investment.
