Data over Drama I am a relative new comer to the STR market, but I appreciate the multiple data points that AirDNA provides. Any business decision has to be grounded in good information and AirDNA lives by the moto "Data before Drama".

Product is not performing The product isn't functioning properly on internet browsers like Google Chrome or Safari. It lacks seamlessness, especially noticeable when buttons are clicked, as it takes a long time to load. At this stage, I feel like I'm paying for a product that I can't even use. Also, if you were to add the software canny.io for your customers to provide feedback for a better product that could move forward and be better in the future.

Used to be amazing they updated the… Used to be amazing they updated the site and it's tragic don't pay for a subscription it hardly works from my experience... Map is so glitch and incredibly slow. Search functions don't work. I cancelled my subscription. There is not much alternative hence the not 1 star rating but gone back to try and renew subscription and can't even pay them as their pay facility doesnt work!!

AirDNA - even better with new update AirDNA has been an invaluable tool for our business. It gives us the ability to project property earning potential and ensure our listings are keeping up with and outperforming the comps. The new updates have made it even easier to track out listings. Lots of useful data Lots of useful data, but expensive if you want to look at multiple markets and you are a first-time investor. For bigger businesses, the high cost is probably worth it. The rentalizer tool could use a mortgage portion to help investors make better decisions. I realize that a mortgage is not a formal operating expense, but it is clearly a variable for deciding whether to purchase a property or not.
