New platform difficult to use, not an improvement Airdna changed their platform and now it's a yearly subscription. What used to be easy to navigate and helpful is now a complete mess. I disputed the charge bc you can't see the features you're subscribing to until you subscribe and they had my review taken down and I can't access my account now because they say it's in dispute even though I paid for it.

Bad Quality Data Product quality is not what it used to be. Data is not accurate. To top things off, I requested to cancel my subscription, but because I did not give them 2 days notice (hidden in their terms and conditions), they charged me for another month.
