Great Customer Service I was promptly connected with a customer service rep named Ly who quickly looked into my concerns and readily answered all of my questions. She was very polite and helped me to resolve my issues immediately. So far I am very pleased with the services offered by tillful!

Kept my security deposit Tillful sold over to Nav making it difficult to keep track of where to send the normal payments. After a couple days late and emailing them my account was closed and my deposit was never returned of $1000. I still receive to communication back from emails and no person to actually speak to. Stay away.

No one answers the phone No one answers the phone. I have a Tillful card and card is not being reported to the credit burues which is the only reason why I go this card and is the main purpose of this company.

I’ve had the same problem as most I’ve had the same problem as most. Started out good I just needed a secured business credit to start my business with out 700 on the credit card and finally was able to get a boa credit card. Came back to cancel the card and they would not give me my deposit back. Been calling and emailing since 10-1-2023 still not answer and no emails. Had to put in dispute with my card company. Don’t recommend

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! COMPLETE SCAM! This company may have once been okay, but has turned into a total scam. I have been trying to cancel my business account here for months, and their customer service refuses to acknowledge website requests, return emails, or even answer the phone. If you're looking for reliable banking with a company that puts any effort at all into customer service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
