ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! COMPLETE SCAM! This company may have once been okay, but has turned into a total scam. I have been trying to cancel my business account here for months, and their customer service refuses to acknowledge website requests, return emails, or even answer the phone. If you're looking for reliable banking with a company that puts any effort at all into customer service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I already had an account with Tillful and 1 day I received an email to be put on a waiting list to obtain a secured business credit card, I Could not resist within the next three months I receive an invitation to apply and I was approved. No one answers the phone No one answers the phone. I have a Tillful card and card is not being reported to the credit burues which is the only reason why I go this card and is the main purpose of this company.

Great Card for Building Business credit The tillful card works very well. I was able to fund it quickly. I appreciate that the card reports to D&B although I haven't seen any reporting yet. The portal is simple to use and I highly recommend anyone get the tillful card in order to separate business expenses from personal.
