Great Customer Service I was promptly connected with a customer service rep named Ly who quickly looked into my concerns and readily answered all of my questions. She was very polite and helped me to resolve my issues immediately. So far I am very pleased with the services offered by tillful!

I already had an account with Tillful and 1 day I received an email to be put on a waiting list to obtain a secured business credit card, I Could not resist within the next three months I receive an invitation to apply and I was approved. So I recommend this company for any businesses that need a business credit card in don’t have the right personal credit score to get it jump on it is worth it. I recommend this company to everyone with the business.

I've been trying for the past 3 weeks… I've been trying for the past 3 weeks to close my 2 accounts and get my money back. I can't get a hold of anyone through email or phone.

Couldn't close account or get back funds, until I contacted Nav As mentioned by others, support no longer answers emails or phone calls, and they won't close my Tillful Card account. Even if they did, according to many others on here, I'd be unlikely to get back my deposit, which is a violation of their terms. I've reported them to the CFPB and FDIC and I encourage others to do the same. Tillful has been downhill since they allowed Nav to acquire them. Update: After contacting Nav via email, X (@Navsmb), and finally phone, I was able to get my account closed and my funds returned to me. Now the only problem is I can no longer access my statements to do my taxes lol
