Thank You ANNE! It is very rare you come across a customer service agent like Anne! I had an issue with my account and she did everything in her power to help. And even through the holiday break, she called me multiple times to follow and keep me updated. She was amazing and is truly an asset to the tillful customer service team. It is ONLY because of Anne that I decided not to cancel my account. I really hope she is recognized for her efforts!
