Great Pool Buying Experience After extensive research and recommendation by our realtor, we hired Pool Town to build our pool in 2016. The process was seamless and moved from each stage to the next like clockwork. Signed a contract in January 2016, construction started in April 2016 and the entire pool plus the finishing touches was completed by the end of June. After getting the final approvals from our township we were able to use the pool by the middle of August 2016. The staff at Pool Town from the salespeople, to the office staff, to the contractors and sub-contractors were courteous and knowledgeable. Also, their showroom is a must see! It's like the Disneyworld of pool stores.

I had an aveage experience dealing with… I had an aveage experience dealing with Pooltown1. They're a average company. It was okey, but like every other company out there, it's not without its fautls. I didn't run into any major problmes. The website was alright too. The product selection was satisfactory and there were somehing for everyone. Overall, my experience were middle of the road. Nothing special to mention.

We had a great experience with PoolTown… We had a great experience with PoolTown right from our first meeting. We walked through what we were looking to do and planned it out. From Billy at the start to Matt who just did our final cleaning, everyone was great and got us into our pool quickly without headache :-) We will recommend you guys to all our friends who are looking at putting a pool in.

We LOVE our gorgeous POOL We just had our beautiful pool town pool completed and we simply love it. There were minor bumps along the road but everyone we dealt with was genuinely a nice person. Billy A.was our sales guy, Gina in phase 2 was excellent, John in construction remedied a situation successfully. Humberto and his team were WONDERFUL. The excavator Weldon were also great. We used Jersey’s Finest, Ceasar, for our beautiful stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. Leesa was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. Personally I would recommend Pool Town. Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.
