Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL! That said, Pool Town made the process manageable. Their 3 phase system with office personal assigned to each phase was very helpful. The office staff was always available to field a question or connect us with the contractors who would be working on our project. The also were terrific in scheduling the inspections with our local township. The project moved quickly and the results are we have a gorgeous pool that will serve as the centerpiece for our backyard makeover. I would highly recommend Pool Town to those that want to take on the stress of a new pool installation. Pool Town really does take that stress away.

In-ground Pool - Wow Wow! This was an amazing experience. We love our pool. Each department was easy to work with and communicated very well. Pool Town was great! From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with pooltown1.com and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Prices are alomst good but that's just about it. I've been using the site for a while now and find the service qutie prety average overall. The items usually take an age to arrivve and some are even incorrect vey often. Enquires take weeks soemtimes to get response to. Sure, it's a cheap way to buy pool supplies, but with such poor customer service it's just inconvenient.

Great Pool Buying Experience After extensive research and recommendation by our realtor, we hired Pool Town to build our pool in 2016. The process was seamless and moved from each stage to the next like clockwork. Signed a contract in January 2016, construction started in April 2016 and the entire pool plus the finishing touches was completed by the end of June. After getting the final approvals from our township we were able to use the pool by the middle of August 2016. The staff at Pool Town from the salespeople, to the office staff, to the contractors and sub-contractors were courteous and knowledgeable. Also, their showroom is a must see! It's like the Disneyworld of pool stores.
