Their software doesn't work and no refund after purchasing for full year Their software doesn't work. Also no refund policy. Please don't use their software if you would like your money refunded after product fails to work. It does not work in reality.

I keep leaving my honest review of these people but the review keeps getting removed. I will try again and knock another star off it and see what happens this time. I see Krisp have replied after a few months. Here is a little of my previous March review which was removed. I'll not include much and see if I get away with my feedback: Bottom line, we removed this software as it was unreliable. Let's see if they remove my review again! Wonderful audio processing — too complicated to use It does a remarkable job of removing all sorts of background noises — it is truly magical.

Upgrade Issues I was enjoying the free trial and wouldve loved to upgrade . But been facing issues just to get upgraded. The customer service adviced to call my bank . Used different cards called each banks and still facing the same issue. No proper help provided by the CS and theyre not sure what to do . When the error was showing at their end . Im not sure how am I supposed to enjoy using this app anymore. :/

Life Saver for Online Teaching / Meetings I am a pedagogue and have been teaching online throughout the pandemic. I need to produce quality audio while either going live or recording videos for offline viewing. My pretty much average mic on the laptop is converted to this super audio device through Krisp. The experience is so good that I have ended up recommending Krisp to every single instructor I meet. I have even recommended this to students. Brilliant job by Krisp!

Terrible Customer Support Terrible Customer Support. I was a Krisp user for several years. It wasn't perfect, but the product improved over the course of 2021-2023. During this time, I switched jobs and convinced my new team to use Krisp for video recordings and client calls. In June of 2023, I was let go from that company due to an acquisition. My paid account was attached to that email, which I no longer had access to. In Nov of 2023, I received a charge for a yearly subscription from Krisp. I went onto my account and noticed that I only had the free account. I had forgotten about the account attached to my old work account. I reached out on Krisp's platform via the chatbot inquiring about the charge. I was told someone would get back to me. I forgot about it, and a few months went by. I reached out again, and this time, I emailed their support directly. We went back and forth for over a week about my different accounts, with me emailing screenshots of my bank account multiple times, providing all my information and story multiple times, and after a week of over 12 emails, I finally got them to cancel the work account, but they refused to refund any of my money for that charge. Due to this really poor customer service, I have to say I will definitely never be a Krisp customer again.
