GBABA Bank Routing Number API Zyla Labs may have a lot of APIs, but their business practices are unprofessional and unethical. A year ago I purchased a 1-year subscription to an ABA Routing number API. Bad on me for not doing more research, but their data was very outdated. I emailed asking when their data would be updated and they never replied. My lack of research makes losing my initial subscription fee my fault. I found another much more accurate API and abandoned the Zyla Lab API. The next time Zyla Labs contacted me was a single email with both an invoice for renewal and a receipt for charging me for another year’s subscription. Within hours I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They responded stating they could not issue a refund because "Those are the terms and conditions you accepted when you created an account with us". Charging in this manner seems very unethical to me. Had they sent their renewal invoice a day, week, or month in advance (like most ethical companies who automatically renew subscriptions), I would have unsubscribed prior to the renewal. If you have alternatives for using another API provider, I recommend steering away from Zyla Labs. Their business practices and policies do not have your best interests at heart.

INRefund Processed! Hello all, I will just write what happened. You guys can judge them how you want. I tried their 7 day free trial, but due to my health condition i couldn't unsubscribe my API subscription before 7 days time. This lead to continuation of the subscription and $49.9 was deducted from my account. I am a student and can't afford this money. I explained my situation yesterday via a mail and got a response that they will review it. today they approved my refund and processed it. I thank the Zyla Labs team for their support and understanding my problem[My opinion]. Thank you

GBUnethical Business Practices I had been a client for many years. The function was no longer needed for my business website. I chose to cancel my one year subscription on the same day it renewed. I was charged $399. Although I chose to cancel the same day it renewed I was told they could not refund me any portion of the money. I was paying one year in advance and was canceling on the renew date. Very unprofessional that a company would charge you for services not used or rendered. I would not recommend them based these practices.
