CZDisappointing Experience with Zylalabs VIN Decoding APIs I recently subscribed to three different VIN decoding APIs from Zylalabs, one of which was a 7-day free trial and the other two were paid services, costing $49.99 each. After conducting a few tests, I've found that their APIs are not up to the mark. Firstly, all three APIs provided almost identical information, which defeats the purpose of subscribing to multiple services. Additionally, I encountered inaccuracies within the data provided, which is concerning. When I reached out for refunds, I was informed that only one refund could be issued, and that it would not be possible to refund the second payment. This is unacceptable, and as a result, I am considering a chargeback through my bank. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zylalabs' services. The quality did not meet my expectations, and it felt like a waste of money. Please be cautious if considering their VIN decoding solutions.

NLA Disastrous Experience! I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Zyla Labs, specifically their Metals API. It turned out to be a complete waste of my time and money. Let me start by addressing the most infuriating issue: the inability to upgrade my package. I wanted to expand my current package as my needs had grown. Normally, you would expect a company to offer the flexibility to upgrade your package, but not with Zyla Labs. Instead, they force you to purchase an entirely new package. It's utterly ridiculous and makes no sense whatsoever. I feel cheated and deceived. What's worse is that they don't clearly state this policy on their website. You only find out about it after you've already signed up and are ready to upgrade. This feels like a deliberate attempt to keep customers locked into their old packages and make them pay extra for something that should be straightforward. Furthermore, Zyla Labs' customer service was utterly useless. I reached out to express my frustration and explore possible solutions, but I was treated as just another number, devoid of any empathy or willingness to find a resolution. They hid behind their rigid policies and did nothing to address my concerns. I can honestly say that I will never use Zyla Labs' services again. Their lack of flexibility, unclear policies, and inadequate customer service have left me with a negative experience. I strongly advise anyone in need of a Metals API provider to steer clear of Zyla Labs. There are plenty of other companies out there that understand the value of their customers and treat them accordingly.
