Charged for something I didn't buy Just checked my credit card and have had a charge for 49.99 dollars. Never have ever asked for any of the services I live in UK and am puzzled to see this charge. Will contact my bank tomorrow to find out more.

Refund Processed! Hello all, I will just write what happened. You guys can judge them how you want. I tried their 7 day free trial, but due to my health condition i couldn't unsubscribe my API subscription before 7 days time. This lead to continuation of the subscription and $49.9 was deducted from my account. I am a student and can't afford this money. I explained my situation yesterday via a mail and got a response that they will review it. today they approved my refund and processed it. I thank the Zyla Labs team for their support and understanding my problem[My opinion]. Thank you

Exactly same things happened with me Exactly same things happened with me, i tried to use their api and the result was not satisfied at all, i canceled the subscribtion and they refuses to give me money back. Not recommend them at all, their API is empty place
