GBCharged for something I didn't buy Just checked my credit card and have had a charge for 49.99 dollars. Never have ever asked for any of the services I live in UK and am puzzled to see this charge. Will contact my bank tomorrow to find out more.

NLCrooks with 0 empathy for loyal customers Have been customers with them for a number of years. When we wanted to upgrade our package to a higher package because we were at our limit we had to purchase a new package with a higher rate-limit. For this, our old package was not simply cancelled, so we had to pay twice the package. We immediately emailed about this asking to cancel the one package because we wanted to upgrade. Got the response that we should just read the terms and conditions and determine both packages. Most poor service I have ever seen from a company. No long term strategy for loyal customers and only think about making quick money.
