IT WORKS!! Affordable, reliable, good customer support, but guidelines are not clear I just wanted to thank you for the amazing software! I finally managed to transfer my whatsapp messages from my old Android to my new iPhone. I have been searching for a long time for a good software and tried Drfone but it failed so hard even after contacting their support team. If there is one thing I wish to be improved, is to provide a clearer manual and a more modern interface.

This is such a scam of a software...you'll pay almost 30 usd upfront and won't have any guarantee that the service will work and from what you can read in many reviews it doesn't work for many people. It's overly complicated and I've tried following the instructions a hundred times but then just gave up because it would just back up some bits of historic data but far from everything so literally almost all my Viber data eventually got lost. The company selling this crappy licence is also not responsive so don't expect to get your money back when your transfer doesn't work. Such a scam. True that Viber itself is a useless app with this shady policy of not allowing for a normal data transfer when switching phones and platforms (unlike Whatsapp for example which makes it easy peasy via Smart Switch), but it's really unfair for someone to charge so much for a licence that doesn't do anything and then isn't even willing to offer a refund for it. I call this s scam and if I lost my money I hope I can at least save someone else from making the same mistake.
