DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!! This is such a scam of a software...you'll pay almost 30 usd upfront and won't have any guarantee that the service will work and from what you can read in many reviews it doesn't work for many people. It's overly complicated and I've tried following the instructions a hundred times but then just gave up because it would just back up some bits of historic data but far from everything so literally almost all my Viber data eventually got lost. The company selling this crappy licence is also not responsive so don't expect to get your money back when your transfer doesn't work. Such a scam. True that Viber itself is a useless app with this shady policy of not allowing for a normal data transfer when switching phones and platforms (unlike Whatsapp for example which makes it easy peasy via Smart Switch), but it's really unfair for someone to charge so much for a licence that doesn't do anything and then isn't even willing to offer a refund for it. I call this s scam and if I lost my money I hope I can at least save someone else from making the same mistake.

Holy crap this works Holy crap this works! I tried iTransor for whatsapp first but it didn't work for me. So I tried Backuptrans and it actually worked. The software looks a bit old fashioned but I can actually see what it is doing. You get a bunch of popups which can be confusing but the information provided is accurate. I just followed along and it got the job done. Also the pricing is fair: single payment installation on 1 device. iTransor charges the same amount every month, rediculous...

Not a good experiece. Not a good experiece. After downgrading whatsapp was activated like 3 or 4 times, then after restoring the googledrive backup the transfer didnt work in serveral attemps. So after retrying the GoogleDrive Backup was nowhere to be found, local Backup not being recognized while still there and Whatsapp had lost all chats only the groups where visible. So when using this Software make sure to have an additional copy of your googledrive Backup.

Absolute waste of money Absolute waste of money. You will be lucky to get it to work and am surprised that so many are so positive about this software. Very little customer support and repetitive answers to attempt to put it right. They continually say to reboot and do the same things over. Struggling to get my money back even though I have asked for this many times. Cannot spend any more time on this. The software requires a high standard of understanding and asks you to follow a complex instructions to carry out the change from android to iphone transfer. It is deliberate that they sell many versions of it so that you spend and dont bother asking for money back. Registration of the software an absolute pain as it worked first time but then it doesnt work at all so only allows 20 whatsapp messages to be transferred. In short Rubbish.
