IT WORKS!! Affordable, reliable, good customer support, but guidelines are not clear I just wanted to thank you for the amazing software! I finally managed to transfer my whatsapp messages from my old Android to my new iPhone. I have been searching for a long time for a good software and tried Drfone but it failed so hard even after contacting their support team. If there is one thing I wish to be improved, is to provide a clearer manual and a more modern interface.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT BUY I have had a very similar experience to user gkmy. I wouldn't say I struggle with tech but I found the whole process unnecessarily complicated. It took me hours to try and migrate my mum's WhatsApp from her old android to ios and it almost bricked my mum's new iPhone 11. I had to give up at that point but I was obviously not happy. I initially bought the software to use on a PC and recently got a new mac and wanted to use my license key for my new phone too and apparently the licenses are not cross platform compatible so I have completely wasted my money and didn't even get the result I wanted. Customer service was very unhelpful also so I wouldn't recommend this software at all, please look at other alternatives.

Absolute waste of money Absolute waste of money. You will be lucky to get it to work and am surprised that so many are so positive about this software. Very little customer support and repetitive answers to attempt to put it right. They continually say to reboot and do the same things over. Struggling to get my money back even though I have asked for this many times. Cannot spend any more time on this. The software requires a high standard of understanding and asks you to follow a complex instructions to carry out the change from android to iphone transfer. It is deliberate that they sell many versions of it so that you spend and dont bother asking for money back. Registration of the software an absolute pain as it worked first time but then it doesnt work at all so only allows 20 whatsapp messages to be transferred. In short Rubbish.

Avoid, it's a scam! Extremely confusing pricing, numerous of different softwares, you can very easily get confused and get the wrong one. I accidently bought the wrong software and was covered by their refund policy, but the customer support is nonexistent and they don't even bother answering emails. Also on their website, you will wrongfuly state that they are marked "Safe" by Norton and McAfee, but its just that their website doesn't have something wrong, and NOT their software, which is as big a red flag as it gets. Avoid at all cost, you don't know who you are giving your personal info to!
