Not a good experiece. Not a good experiece. After downgrading whatsapp was activated like 3 or 4 times, then after restoring the googledrive backup the transfer didnt work in serveral attemps. So after retrying the GoogleDrive Backup was nowhere to be found, local Backup not being recognized while still there and Whatsapp had lost all chats only the groups where visible. So when using this Software make sure to have an additional copy of your googledrive Backup.

It just works (backuptrans WhatsApp from Android to iOS) After reading a lot of reviews of similar softwares, I chose this one because of the rating in trustpilot. I can confirm it works without any problem to transfer whatsapp chats between Android and iOS. In my case, I had a Galaxy S20 and I transfer all the chat sucessefully to an IPhone 13. Just follow the instruction in their website (I did with method 2 withouth installing additional software from my side).

Got the job done at reasonable price When I recently switched from Android to iPhone I realized that WhatsApp chat history will be lost. A quick web search presented limited options of which only Backuptrans seemed reasonably priced as others required costly monthly/yearly subscription. Sales staff was responsive and guided me to right product Backuptrans Android iPhone WhatsApp Transfer + for Windows(Personal Edition). When the first attempt failed for some reason, the support staff was responsive and guided me to resolve the issue. All communication was by e-mail but timely. Please note that the multi-step process is simple but isn't a single click or automated. And, user interface and functionality is just ok to get the job done!

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT BUY I have had a very similar experience to user gkmy. I wouldn't say I struggle with tech but I found the whole process unnecessarily complicated. It took me hours to try and migrate my mum's WhatsApp from her old android to ios and it almost bricked my mum's new iPhone 11. I had to give up at that point but I was obviously not happy. I initially bought the software to use on a PC and recently got a new mac and wanted to use my license key for my new phone too and apparently the licenses are not cross platform compatible so I have completely wasted my money and didn't even get the result I wanted. Customer service was very unhelpful also so I wouldn't recommend this software at all, please look at other alternatives.

Backuptrans delivers the impossible! I have recently moved from Android to iOS only to realize the huge obstacles of moving my years of chat history to the new platform. Officially the answer is that you need to forget your old messages/ WhatsApp history/ Viber history. Looking around for a solid solution Backuptrans has been my dream come true software. I moved EVERYTHING to iOS! Yes! And I am happy It is a bit techie software environment but take a breath, follow the instructions and you will manage it!!!
