GREAT SERVICE AND ANDROID TO IOS DATA TRANSFER WORKS AS INTENDED. Great service and product (Data Transfer from Android to IOS) works as intended. At first, I encountered issue because desktop could not read the iPhone plugged in. I was unsure how to move forward but after emailing the email support (shown on the software message pop-up box), I was able to receive a response in just a few hours and received a link for troubleshooting steps from the support group. After following their guide, the error was resolved and I was able to proceed smoothly with the data transfer in a short period of time. Thank you so much 🤍

Followed the app instructions but it… Followed the app instructions but it would suddenly stop while transferring whatsapp to iPhone. Wrote to the support team but their 2 liner email templates dod not help. Ended up losing all whatsapp data. Still waiting for a respose from their support email.

Unfortunately I selected and paid the wrong transfer solutions (SMS/MMS/iMessage). I ordered the correct one afterwards and their tool worked successful. I've asked for a refund on the wrong ordered and paid option and they paid it back the next business day and communicated correctly by mail. Good service and better tool. Thanks !

Got there in the end I fully expected to waste my money buying this but the software worked and I managed to transfer all WhatsApp messages from my old Samsung to an iPhone. I followed their documentation and when I got stuck I got in touch with customer service - they replied quickly and guided me through the process. This in itself is quite long (we’ve got WhatsApp to thank for not making that easier). In any case I was happy with my purchase and relieved I didn’t lose years of messages.

DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!! This is such a scam of a software...you'll pay almost 30 usd upfront and won't have any guarantee that the service will work and from what you can read in many reviews it doesn't work for many people. It's overly complicated and I've tried following the instructions a hundred times but then just gave up because it would just back up some bits of historic data but far from everything so literally almost all my Viber data eventually got lost. The company selling this crappy licence is also not responsive so don't expect to get your money back when your transfer doesn't work. Such a scam. True that Viber itself is a useless app with this shady policy of not allowing for a normal data transfer when switching phones and platforms (unlike Whatsapp for example which makes it easy peasy via Smart Switch), but it's really unfair for someone to charge so much for a licence that doesn't do anything and then isn't even willing to offer a refund for it. I call this s scam and if I lost my money I hope I can at least save someone else from making the same mistake.
