Not a good experiece. Not a good experiece. After downgrading whatsapp was activated like 3 or 4 times, then after restoring the googledrive backup the transfer didnt work in serveral attemps. So after retrying the GoogleDrive Backup was nowhere to be found, local Backup not being recognized while still there and Whatsapp had lost all chats only the groups where visible. So when using this Software make sure to have an additional copy of your googledrive Backup.

Absolute waste of money Absolute waste of money. You will be lucky to get it to work and am surprised that so many are so positive about this software. Very little customer support and repetitive answers to attempt to put it right. They continually say to reboot and do the same things over. Struggling to get my money back even though I have asked for this many times. Cannot spend any more time on this. The software requires a high standard of understanding and asks you to follow a complex instructions to carry out the change from android to iphone transfer. It is deliberate that they sell many versions of it so that you spend and dont bother asking for money back. Registration of the software an absolute pain as it worked first time but then it doesnt work at all so only allows 20 whatsapp messages to be transferred. In short Rubbish.

Worth, worth, worth!!! When it comes to Whatsapp, it's always so frustrating because Whatsapp is the only application to be so difficult to transfer. And I know it's super upset to lose records to some people. To buy or not to buy - the same question I had before since it might be fake, or might not work. But I can say it is super worth buying. Although it was not working so perfectly, the support team's response is so quick that they solved the problem within a day. And they are loving to help every customer step by step. For those people who see Whatsapp record as important as any part of it, I strongly recommend buying it!

It just works (backuptrans WhatsApp from Android to iOS) After reading a lot of reviews of similar softwares, I chose this one because of the rating in trustpilot. I can confirm it works without any problem to transfer whatsapp chats between Android and iOS. In my case, I had a Galaxy S20 and I transfer all the chat sucessefully to an IPhone 13. Just follow the instruction in their website (I did with method 2 withouth installing additional software from my side).

Unfortunately I selected and paid the wrong transfer solutions (SMS/MMS/iMessage). I ordered the correct one afterwards and their tool worked successful. I've asked for a refund on the wrong ordered and paid option and they paid it back the next business day and communicated correctly by mail. Good service and better tool. Thanks !
