Got the job done at reasonable price When I recently switched from Android to iPhone I realized that WhatsApp chat history will be lost. A quick web search presented limited options of which only Backuptrans seemed reasonably priced as others required costly monthly/yearly subscription. When the first attempt failed for some reason, the support staff was responsive and guided me to resolve the issue. All communication was by e-mail but timely. Please note that the multi-step process is simple but isn't a single click or automated. And, user interface and functionality is just ok to get the job done!

Had a issue but all sorted very quickly! Had a Issue with a their iPhone to Android WhatsApp transfer programme.. emailed tech support and all sorted in about 36 hours with a thank you from them saying I found issue they had not come across and had to update their software and all I had to do was update it and it fixed my problem... get this software it is a life saver if like me you want to take 6 years of WhatsApp conversations over to android in a very quick amount of time...

Unfortunately I selected and paid the wrong transfer solutions (SMS/MMS/iMessage). I ordered the correct one afterwards and their tool worked successful. At first, I encountered issue because desktop could not read the iPhone plugged in. I was unsure how to move forward but after emailing the email support (shown on the software message pop-up box), I was able to receive a response in just a few hours and received a link for troubleshooting steps from the support group.
