Creatopy = disaster I've been using Bannersnack since 2019 and it's been really great software. In ~2021 they created a new tool called Creatopy. It is a completely different software, which I was forcibly transferred to in November 2022. As I see many of the high rated reviews in Trustpilot also mention Bannersnack not Creatopy. The developers apparently just "renamed" the software in Trustpilot. As for Creatopy, it is a real nightmare. Bugs at every step, an exceptionally awkward interface, unsolved reported issues. I would strongly suggest to everyone not to be fooled by these good ratings, because the ratings here are not for Creatopy but for Bannersnack. And to the developers, I just wish they would admit that they have completely screwed up and bring back the old good Bannersnack, at least until Creatopy is ready for use.

Great Value but, Read The Fine Print Bannersnack is a great tool for small digital marketing agencies. Rather than needing a designer, or hiring a freelancer bannersnack is an affordable alternative for display banner ad creation. Furthermore, if you use their creation service you're working with someone directly it's like having a team member. So far the two I've dealt with have been native english speakers and have had their manager CC'd on all communication. It was a swell experience. Please do not be surprised at the fact you have to pay to use their tools. They provide a free testing option but, that's it. Good product, just needs some updated documentation. Good documentation would have saved us a lot of time and hassle, otherwise a good product.

Creatopy and never ending bugs... I've been using Bannersnack (which was great) now Creatopy for a few years and am struggling! I can only use in the google chrome incognito window for fonts to work properly, and even then it takes a couple of seconds when starting the animation. Viewer's on other browsers complain as they don't see what I see. Never had these problems when Bannersnack. I've had many help me conversations and they say they are working on the bugs.
