Redeemed themselves I tried to cancel my subscription for 6 months before finally getting a response. To their credit, the company refunded the 6 months fees.

Great Value but, Read The Fine Print Bannersnack is a great tool for small digital marketing agencies. Rather than needing a designer, or hiring a freelancer bannersnack is an affordable alternative for display banner ad creation. Furthermore, if you use their creation service you're working with someone directly it's like having a team member. So far the two I've dealt with have been native english speakers and have had their manager CC'd on all communication. It was a swell experience. Please do not be surprised at the fact you have to pay to use their tools. They provide a free testing option but, that's it. Stay away from this "free trial" I… Stay away from this "free trial" I canceled it immediately and I was still charged $200. Their site states they cannot authorize refunds and I haven't received any support request response but I'll be reporting them to my bank. Their site doesn't work or load properly, super glitchy, and I can't use the service as advertised to create animated gifs easily. Shady company! It's basically canva and they want $200 for it!

Beware the Bait & Switch They offer a FREE banner creation tool... You do all your work, and then if you want it FREE, they place an advertising watermark ON TOP OF your work....

Very Helpful I make ads for some websites so I found Bannersnack very helpful because the staff responds soon usually and I like how you can add backgrounds and images and animations.
