Misleading pricing - scammers Misleading price list. There is no way to see this until signing up. They falsely encourage people to get tangled in their product before hitting them with higher fees than anticipated. Cost is over $30 a month when it says $12 a month on website. SCAM

Redeemed themselves I tried to cancel my subscription for 6 months before finally getting a response. To their credit, the company refunded the 6 months fees.

Good product, just needs some updated documentation. Good documentation would have saved us a lot of time and hassle, otherwise a good product.

Trick you into an update to use your… Trick you into an update to use your old moving animations. However, they don't tell you which update you need. I choose Starter and later on I notice that I need a more expensive one. A monthly subscription of $32 is crazy for these features. The software is decent but pricing is ridiculous. Of course a year subscription is cheaper but you don't want a year subscription if you just start out.
