GBPaid £9.95 but no reduction in ads so… Paid £9.95 but no reduction in ads so cancelled only to find that they were trying to bill me every month. Arranged a chargeback with my bank and a block on the monthly fee but each and every month they try and take a payment which my bank blocks.

GBAdBlock, it works for me - make sure you get the real/genuine one ! AdBlock - seems to do what it says really well (Jan.2019) ONLY from getadblock.com or Chrome Webstore downloads . Cuts down most adverts & stops all those annoying instant video ads, or at least most of them. Also reduces the amount of bandwidth / data transfer that each web page uses. . BE AWARE there are many copies of AdBlock and separate AdBlockPlus (- some of the immitators / sound-alike copies are allegedly malware/spammers) . (At Jan.2019 - AdBlock is on getadblock.com or Chrome Webstore - NOT from the webpage adblock . com)

GBAdblock does not work on fox news. Fox news runs a 15 or 30 second commercial every time a video is opened. Adblock used to block those. now fox displays a banner that says to delete adblock and the entire screen is locked. Adblock no longer works on this site and they tell me that there is nothing they can do. I tried your recommended solution and that does nothing. This banner is what appears as soon as site is opened, Welcome to Fox News We've got news for you If you like our coverage, please disable your ad blocker. Allow ads on FOX News

GBAdBlock is great and definitely NOT Total AdBlock It's unfortunate to see so many naïve people leaving reviews for Total AdBlock here, when the actual AdBlock program is so great. I've used the real AdBlock for close to a decade now, and recently signed up for their VPN beta as well. The AdBlock team has always made a great product for free, and only ever asked for the occasional donation. Keep up the good work and down with Total AdBlock!

GBI've used the free version for a year… I've used the free version for a year and just signed up to pay $20/year, which is a pittance to pay for being able to use the web with no autoplay video ads, no banner ads, no ads whatsoever. I find the autoplay video ads, in particular, to be unbearably intrusive. And for $20 *a year* I don't have to see them. Thank you!!!
