GBThis is a total scam does not do what… This is a total scam does not do what it proclaims to do. I lodge my complaint and requested that they cancel the account and a give me full refund. They did everything within their power to persuade me not to cancel what I thought to be a yearly subscription which turned out to be monthly. They offered several reductions in the fee, several three months. I insisted that I wanted a full refund and to cancel the account. They cancelled my subscription but failed to give me a refund as promised. Then they bombard you with emails asking you to reinstate your account Total and outright scam

GBI paid for Adblock Premium I paid for Adblock Premium. However, I regularly (every day or two) find that it reverts to the free version. I have to go through the process of "Upgrading" and then select I have already upgraded, put in my Paypal email address, wait for a new verification code, enter the code and then set all the options I want to use. I contacted Customer Service (ticket 263916) and was told that developers are working on a fix but no estimated fix date. Can I have a refund - no, I can't, apparently. Wasted my money

GBI had to figure out that Adblock VPN… I had to figure out that Adblock VPN does not work with Linux OS. Yet they take your money. When asking for assistance you'll get a bot, or a self-help screen. Customer service is virtually non-existent.

NLPop-up generating ad blocker Daily updates and begging for money in pop-ups is not my idea of an ad blocker

NZBeware keeps charging after unsubscribing Installed the app was charged 14.99 cancelled the subscription as adblocks instructions for iPhone then noticed was charged again even though I’m unsubscribed according to the app. I had to create an account on the Adblock website and unsubscribe again from there. From the reviews I can see this happens to most people. Unsubscribing the way they tell you to doesn’t stop them charging you.
