GBA Great Program with a Great Community I started experiencing pelvic floor issues soon after a vasectomy, and purchased the program. The program is very thorough, and Michael is very active in the community, offering personalized video replies to many comments. He really wants to help everyone and it shows. Michael is continually refining the program based on feedback from the community, and the latest update is heavily focused on pelvic floor symptoms being mind-body related. In my case, that is exactly what it was. I honestly think that this program, especially in its latest iteration, is probably going to me more effective (and cost-effective) than a pelvic floor PT. Between the Transform program and Alan Gordon's book, "The Way Out," I have gone from complete despair to living a normal life again, and I am SO grateful for that.

GBThis a great resource for anyone with… This a great resource for anyone with pelvic pain. There is ton of good information on breathing, diet, stretches and exercises. Before I started this program, I did not consider breathing/meditation or diet important with this issue. It really did make a difference and highly recommend signing up!

GBExcellent and effective pelvic wellness program. I recently started this program due to ongoing pelvic floor related issues. I have found it to be very comprehensive and thorough with excellent information. Dr. Bri and Michael are very responsive to questions and input and convey a very caring attitude. The online forum is very helpful in that sharing our like experiences with each other is both informational and supportive. I am still doing the program and have noticed slow, bit consistent, improvements. In that it took years to develop these issues, it will take time to resolve them. Like anything worthwhile, it takes effort to be successful and you will only get out what you put into it Overall, I highly recommend the program and it is well worth the cost

DKThis program did not work for me This program has not cured me and my pelvic floor dysfunction period. Not even a slight improvement after a year of practice. My advice - dont waste time. If you hope to cure pelvic pain by light passive stretching, passive yoga, meditation, relaxing into it, and reverse kegels - my opinion is that you are delusional. A full recovery from pelvic floor dysfunction turns out to be hard hard work for about 6 - 24 months. Look for resistance flexibility and resistance stretching like by Bob Cooley on youtube - this kind of bodywork is what you need, it worked for me. You're welcome, thank me later. The positive aspect is that I claimed a refund and got it promptly which is great.

GBMind-Body-Energy Approach to Sexual Health I ran into a very unexpected pelvic/sexual health challenge earlier this year and realized that I needed to expose myself to new information. I found Michael Hodge's programs and decided to go deeper with Transform. The program's perspective is refreshing compared to other material that I came across. I can tell that he really "gets it," and takes into account the whole being, not just the mental and physical issue at hand. I know that I still have changes to make, but I have a plan and feel supported by the community. Thank you!!
