Michael goes above and beyond to assist people First and foremost, Michael is a stand-up person dedicated to helping those who suffer silently from PFD CPPS and everything associated with these dysfunctions. Unfortunately for me, the program did not work for the fact I found out that I have structural issues that cannot be fixed with this program as my problem far exceeds any physical exercise, I require the assistance of a urologist and possibly the implant of an interstim device it was only after I purchased the Transform Men's Pelvic Health program that I found this out. Despite the program not working for me, Michael still took the time out of his day to assist me the best that he could with a 1 on 1 Zoom conversation where we went over everything in my life all of the possible contributors to my urinary symptoms. If you believe you suffer from pelvic issues I highly recommend Michael's 12-week program it has every tool available to assist you in recovering not just the physical components but also mind-body relaxation, trigger points, and other bonus content that will greatly help you in your journey to becoming pain-free. ~ Peter

A Great Program with a Great Community I started experiencing pelvic floor issues soon after a vasectomy, and purchased the program. The program is very thorough, and Michael is very active in the community, offering personalized video replies to many comments. He really wants to help everyone and it shows. Michael is continually refining the program based on feedback from the community, and the latest update is heavily focused on pelvic floor symptoms being mind-body related. In my case, that is exactly what it was. I honestly think that this program, especially in its latest iteration, is probably going to me more effective (and cost-effective) than a pelvic floor PT. Between the Transform program and Alan Gordon's book, "The Way Out," I have gone from complete despair to living a normal life again, and I am SO grateful for that.

Life changing I cannot speak highly enough about Michael and his course. So far I have gone from not being able to do anything other than lying down without causing pain and discomfort, since following one of Michael's videos on YouTube for over a year, and now more of his videos in his program, I'm about 80% back to normal, the only thing between how I am now and being been to normal is being able to do high impact activities again. I'm hopeful that with all the information + stretching & strengthening videos on this program I'll get back 100% health & fitness, in time.

My pelvic pain is related to a Pudendal… My pelvic pain is related to a Pudendal Nerve injury I received over 3 years ago. It has caused extreme physical and mental distress. The area of the pelvic region affected has been the 'sitting bone area/tailbone' and pain through out my genital area. It has also compounded an upgrade of my sympathetic nervous system in my head and body. I enrolled in the 12 week Overcome Pelvic Pain for Men program by Michael Hodges and Dr. Bri last September 2021 to get some physical and mental relief. The program consists of stretching exercises (yoga), mediation and deep breathing techniques. It is very detailed orientated. Michael guides you visually thru each exercise and his advice, care and concern for your well being is evident throughout the 12 week program. Although I still have my issues with my Pudendal nerve pain, I am better able to cope with it having completed and repeating the 12 week program. I do believe the comprehensive exercises will help anyone with Pelvic pain issues. I highly recommend the program. Chuck Silvestri

Mind-Body-Energy Approach to Sexual Health I ran into a very unexpected pelvic/sexual health challenge earlier this year and realized that I needed to expose myself to new information. I found Michael Hodge's programs and decided to go deeper with Transform. The program's perspective is refreshing compared to other material that I came across. I can tell that he really "gets it," and takes into account the whole being, not just the mental and physical issue at hand. I know that I still have changes to make, but I have a plan and feel supported by the community. Thank you!!
