GBVigor helped me to get out of my head… Vigor helped me to get out of my head and enjoy being myself. Coming to a place of acceptance over resistance and just feeling a sense of freedom. I realised that what I believed were other people's judgements about myself were really just my own judgements and I've began to let those go now. I can't thank Michael and Dr Bri enough for this as this mindset has defined who I am since I was a child.

IEA practical way out of chronic pain When i stumbled across Transform, i was literally at the point where my doctor had told me that we had come to an impasse and my only option was a pain clinic to work out best way to manage my pain. I was sore, depressed and increasingly hopeless. Then with Transform, there was not only a coherent explanation for why i was in pain, but a well explained course of action for getting my life back. And for the price of a handful of sessions at a physio or chiropractor! After 10 weeks I still have a way to go, but my life is worth living again, and i have chalked up significant improvement, and moreover, learned a lot in the process that will enhance life in the future. That i am not further along the road to recovery is because as i felt better, i took my foot off the pedal. Big thanks to Michael and team, and to each and every person that injected hope into the equation.

INA truly transformative program I am on the final week of the Overcome program and cannot recommend it highly enough. I came in with both pelvic pain and urinary symptoms and have been essentially symptom-free since going through the emotional release practices in the middle of the program. I look forward to applying these tools to other aspects of my health and life that I have struggled with. This program is transformative far beyond just men's pelvic health.

DKThis program did not work for me This program has not cured me and my pelvic floor dysfunction period. Not even a slight improvement after a year of practice. My advice - dont waste time. If you hope to cure pelvic pain by light passive stretching, passive yoga, meditation, relaxing into it, and reverse kegels - my opinion is that you are delusional. A full recovery from pelvic floor dysfunction turns out to be hard hard work for about 6 - 24 months. Look for resistance flexibility and resistance stretching like by Bob Cooley on youtube - this kind of bodywork is what you need, it worked for me. You're welcome, thank me later. The positive aspect is that I claimed a refund and got it promptly which is great.

GBThis a great resource for anyone with… This a great resource for anyone with pelvic pain. There is ton of good information on breathing, diet, stretches and exercises. Before I started this program, I did not consider breathing/meditation or diet important with this issue. It really did make a difference and highly recommend signing up!
