CAI'm very thankful for the Overcome program! I have been dealing with CPPS (hard flaccid) for 3 years now and Michael Hodge is the first person I have found who really understands what I'm dealing with & going through. This program is outstanding (I'm currently in the middle of it), and because of it, I am finally hopeful that I will heal and things will get better. For anyone dealing with any kind of chronic pelvic pain issues, this program is for you.

GBThis a great resource for anyone with… This a great resource for anyone with pelvic pain. There is ton of good information on breathing, diet, stretches and exercises. Before I started this program, I did not consider breathing/meditation or diet important with this issue. It really did make a difference and highly recommend signing up!

GBA Great Program with a Great Community I started experiencing pelvic floor issues soon after a vasectomy, and purchased the program. The program is very thorough, and Michael is very active in the community, offering personalized video replies to many comments. He really wants to help everyone and it shows. Michael is continually refining the program based on feedback from the community, and the latest update is heavily focused on pelvic floor symptoms being mind-body related. In my case, that is exactly what it was. I honestly think that this program, especially in its latest iteration, is probably going to me more effective (and cost-effective) than a pelvic floor PT. Between the Transform program and Alan Gordon's book, "The Way Out," I have gone from complete despair to living a normal life again, and I am SO grateful for that.

GBMichael's platform empowered my recovery and broader self-realization Michael's Transform program was a major part of my recovery from PFD, which I'd been suffering from for 3+ years. His holistic approach addresses mind, body and emotions. That broad base informed and educated me enough to focus on my perceived origins of pain, and pursue deeper practice in areas where I felt improvements. I did overcome and am pain-free for over one year. And I've been able to spring-board from this difficult experience to making improvements in my mind, body and spirit in many ways. Sometimes, pain is a gift that informs that change is needed. Michael's program is not a quick fix-all; but it is a great platform from which to pursue your own recovery. Only you can fix yourself.
