Very helpful and grateful but… Very helpful and grateful but unfortunately I'm having a hard time trying to get the new Tacoma of my choice. Our son is a finance manager at a Toyota dealership he put in a preference to Toyota for a 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 in Blue Crush and they are sending every color but blue. Its crazy but I'm hanging in there. We are also talking to other dealers. We will only buy from a dealer that is NOT charging anything over MSRP there's dealers out there you just have to find them.

Great Car Shopping Experience Great experience! TrueCar.com provided me one central location to review car features, pictures, CarFax info and pricing information. Each Dealer honored the advertised price, no problems or haggling. It was also easy to set up appts to test drive the vehicles. Both Benitez and AutoNation representatives were very good and helpful. I settled on the best car of the two. TrueCar.com saved me time, money and headaches.

Not just "honor our heroes" guff Not just "honor our heroes" guff. Through partnerships the military veterans incentive is a great little bonus that keeps my car shopping strictly to TrueCar. That alongside no haggle low pricing with dealerships and you've got yourself a winning formula. I actually found my last vehicle 6 years ago on TrueCar!

The car pricing is high and inaccurate This year I planned to buy a couple of cars to upgrade. I bought the first with the help of TrueCar. Now, trying to buy the second one, I started off not using TrueCar. Then, I decided to use TrueCar to get deals. Came to find out, the pricing on TrueCar is higher than the window sticker price. I also just realized that the first car I bought this year reflected with dealer's add-ons on the purchase order. Not sure what is going on, but it gives the impression that TrueCar is not on consumer's side trying to save money in car buying experience.
