GBNot up front pricing The whole point of the site is that you supposedly get a price that the dealer will honor when you take them your quote. Spoiler alert - they don't (honor the price). It is just another pile of people through the door for the sales guys. I am sure TrueCar is aware. Given the supposed model you would expect them to follow-up with consumers to ask if they got the promised price. But the dealers are the customers so they keep quiet and keep the checks coming in.

GBGreat Car Shopping Experience Great experience! TrueCar.com provided me one central location to review car features, pictures, CarFax info and pricing information. Each Dealer honored the advertised price, no problems or haggling. It was also easy to set up appts to test drive the vehicles. Both Benitez and AutoNation representatives were very good and helpful. I settled on the best car of the two. TrueCar.com saved me time, money and headaches.

GBI've used True Car three times I've used True Car three times. Using the program made the process of finding a new or used car easy. You have the freedom to find the car you want and can afford. There's no sales person hassling you or changing your mind out of the car you want. The program made it easy. I just helped my sister get a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu with is program and she is very satisfied and happy. TrueCar is the way to go when looking for a car.

GBGreat experience with TrueCar True Car was the right balance between high margin no haggle options, e.g., Carvana/Carmax and time intensive old school option of walking car lots and haggling with sales staff to try and negotiate a good deal. The last car I purchased prior to this transaction was fully online, but was a new car. For used cars in particular, I searched all the major services and found True Car to be the best balance overall.

GBSales Manager tried his hardest to… Sales Manager tried his hardest to charge me additional charges as possible. I had to pay very close attention. It was a very stressful experience, dealing with Roman. With his multiple attempts to charge me additional charges. I did not appreciate this. I used true car once before, no such hassles!
