Pricing transparency!! Not even close Pricing transparency!!! Until you are ready to buy and made arrangements. Suddenly the price goes up $5,000 from what was quoted. As dealer add market adjustment and other accessories fees. Totally inaccurate pricing info just to bait consumers.

Emails & calls I do not like having car dealers calling, emailing or calling when I am only LOOKING/SEARCHING!! Additionally, why are you notifying dealers when I am only looking or searching? I had 6 calls & 6 emails from 1 dealership for 1 car I marked. I marked them so I could FIND them again to compare to others. Perhaps there needs to be an update to your software?

Great Car Shopping Experience Great experience! TrueCar.com provided me one central location to review car features, pictures, CarFax info and pricing information. Each Dealer honored the advertised price, no problems or haggling. It was also easy to set up appts to test drive the vehicles. Both Benitez and AutoNation representatives were very good and helpful. I settled on the best car of the two. TrueCar.com saved me time, money and headaches.

Sales Manager tried his hardest to… Sales Manager tried his hardest to charge me additional charges as possible. I had to pay very close attention. It was a very stressful experience, dealing with Roman. With his multiple attempts to charge me additional charges. I did not appreciate this. I used true car once before, no such hassles!

Very professional JP was totally professional and helpful in working with me to find the right Subaru fit....very happy with the whole experience. Alex the Finance guy was also great.
