They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

Good network and stable service Since I bought the VPS from greencloudvps, it has basically no issue whatsoever. Everything runs smoothly, and the network performance is really fantastic. The xTom service which the Greencloudvps built up on has amazing connectivity worldwide and the price of the services are, I'd say, very reasonable. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service so far and will continue to use it as long as they keep their service quality.

Great experience I bought a VPS in Osaka, Japan from it last year. After setting up the environment and applications, there were no problems and the service was running very well. The price is very nice, no matter where you are, the network is good also, and you get full computing resources. After having the good experience, I have recommended it to my friends.

Terrible servers Terrible servers, constantly crashing, and I was sending a ticket to support daily. They also won't offer a refund after forcing you to pay 3 months in advance, so good luck. Spend your money with a better company that doesn't give out faulty server after server and mask the IP's to look like they're in the cities they say.
