Great experience I bought a VPS in Osaka, Japan from it last year. After setting up the environment and applications, there were no problems and the service was running very well. The price is very nice, no matter where you are, the network is good also, and you get full computing resources. After having the good experience, I have recommended it to my friends.

They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

Good network and stable service Since I bought the VPS from greencloudvps, it has basically no issue whatsoever. Everything runs smoothly, and the network performance is really fantastic. The xTom service which the Greencloudvps built up on has amazing connectivity worldwide and the price of the services are, I'd say, very reasonable. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service so far and will continue to use it as long as they keep their service quality.

They are the worst according to my experince They are the worst according to my experience. I order their VPS service. After some time, they didn't activate my service. They asked me to submit pictures of my card for verification purposes. I told them, I made this purchase from my virtual card & my organization doesn't allow me to take screenshots. I, however, submitted them my account statement where the transaction details & card used for that purchase were mentioned clearly. However, in the end, they cancel my service & my money hasn't been refunded yet.
