worst. support. ever. GreenCloud 01/13/2024: UPDATE: The case has been submitted to Better Business Bureau. They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

Greencloud VPS is a very good platform to buy servers! Just bought a dedicated windows VPS, which is most suitable for the best thing about server resources not sharing. When you choose a dedicated hosting provider, you can get a complete resource server. You don't need to worry about other websites blocking the server's CPU and ram.

I'm truly disappointed with… I'm truly disappointed with GreenCloudVPS. I recently paid for a "new" IP address for my VPS as the previous one was flagged as high risk. Greencloud requires $2.00 every time you get a new IP address. I paid it and the new one they gave me is also flagged as high risk! It's frustrating to see that while all my other VPS IPs with them have decent scores of around 65, this particular one is compromised with a high risk score of 93. What's even more aggravating is that when I reached out to them for assistance to fix this, they had the audacity to ask for an additional $2 to replace the faulty IP. This, after I'd just paid for a new one last Friday! It's unacceptable to receive compromised IPs, especially when you're paying for a service you expect to be top-notch. I refuse to be nickel-and-dimed for their oversight. I expected better from GreenCloudVPS.

Cheap price but bad customer service, bad network very often lose network and downtime. I bought 3 VPS here and used it for 1 month, I lost my internet connection for 20 hours, my entire website crashed, leading to the SEO ranking of my client's website being downgraded. I asked for a refund but they slandered me with 3 accounts and suspended my 3 VPS, as well as they locked my account. Don't waste your money on a bad service like this.

Great experience I bought a VPS in Osaka, Japan from it last year. After setting up the environment and applications, there were no problems and the service was running very well. The price is very nice, no matter where you are, the network is good also, and you get full computing resources. After having the good experience, I have recommended it to my friends.
