I bought a high-spec VPS, 4-core EPYC CPU, and 12 GB RAM, 2TB storage. the morning of 5 Jan , I use scp command to backup my files from another server, 2 minutes later, I got email "your service suspended", I can't say a word, it was so poor and sad. terrible!! You can never trust Greencloud, never.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. Due to faulty RAID I lost my VPS and all data is gone. Support service closed the ticket without even trying to help. Stay away from this company!

They are the worst according to my experince They are the worst according to my experience. I order their VPS service. After some time, they didn't activate my service. They asked me to submit pictures of my card for verification purposes. I told them, I made this purchase from my virtual card & my organization doesn't allow me to take screenshots. I, however, submitted them my account statement where the transaction details & card used for that purchase were mentioned clearly. However, in the end, they cancel my service & my money hasn't been refunded yet.

Cheap price but bad customer service, bad network very often lose network and downtime. I bought 3 VPS here and used it for 1 month, I lost my internet connection for 20 hours, my entire website crashed, leading to the SEO ranking of my client's website being downgraded. I asked for a refund but they slandered me with 3 accounts and suspended my 3 VPS, as well as they locked my account. Don't waste your money on a bad service like this.

Seeing that their plan is value for money, I have them a try and I am using them ever since.
