Great VPS services, being using them for 2 years and still a happy user The first time I saw GreenCloudVPS is when I am looking for a Japan based VPS server. Seeing that their plan is value for money, I have them a try and I am using them ever since. The VPS resources is dedicated and fast, their geographical locations is great and they have servers where many other VPS provider does not have. I will recommend them to whoever needs to have VPS.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. Due to faulty RAID I lost my VPS and all data is gone. Support service closed the ticket without even trying to help. Stay away from this company!

Just bought 1 dedicated Windows VPS and… Just bought 1 dedicated Windows VPS and it's working great best thing about server resources are not shared when you choose a dedicated hosting provider, you get the full resources of single server. You don't need to worry about other websites clogging up the server's CPU and RAM.

Bad service, VPS's internet is often downtime I bought a VPS here, but on July 30, 2023, the VPS had a network connection error and flickered for 3 days. I can't access my website cost me a lot of money running ads and no results. Very bad customer service, you guys should be careful when using the service here.

Mixed Feelings - Great Support but Server Issues So my feelings are mixed. The support has truly been EXCELLENT. They always respond within minutes, at any time of the day. If it were only this, I would give 5-stars easy. The problem is that my server often will not respond to my connection requests. In the last 4 months or so, I have put in 9 or 10 such tickets, regarding being unable to connect to the server. I wish they could find a more permanent solution to the problem, because other than this, I love when it's working.
