Great VPS services, being using them for 2 years and still a happy user The first time I saw GreenCloudVPS is when I am looking for a Japan based VPS server. Mixed Feelings - Great Support but Server Issues So my feelings are mixed. The support has truly been EXCELLENT. They always respond within minutes, at any time of the day. If it were only this, I would give 5-stars easy. The problem is that my server often will not respond to my connection requests. In the last 4 months or so, I have put in 9 or 10 such tickets, regarding being unable to connect to the server. I wish they could find a more permanent solution to the problem, because other than this, I love when it's working.
