Good network and stable service Since I bought the VPS from greencloudvps, it has basically no issue whatsoever. Everything runs smoothly, and the network performance is really fantastic. The xTom service which the Greencloudvps built up on has amazing connectivity worldwide and the price of the services are, I'd say, very reasonable. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service so far and will continue to use it as long as they keep their service quality.

Great VPS services, being using them for 2 years and still a happy user The first time I saw GreenCloudVPS is when I am looking for a Japan based VPS server. Seeing that their plan is value for money, I have them a try and I am using them ever since. The VPS resources is dedicated and fast, their geographical locations is great and they have servers where many other VPS provider does not have. I will recommend them to whoever needs to have VPS.

While my purchase flagged the verification system, the support staff were super friendly and almost instantly got me verified once I provided the info needed. Extreme low quality and service! There are lots of problems with this VPS provider - Tons of bad reviews on GSA Forum. They claim to have joined forces with another company - however that is completely false! I asked that company directly, and they confirm that they have no reference with greencloudvps. Extreme poor performance in terms of connection speed! Proofs: In this case my Order Number: 4459641377 Paypal Dispute Ticket: PP-003-898-462-179 Transaktionsnr.: 8EN77338YB3542406 - Recieved a non-functional VPS - Extreme poor performance (Memory and connection) - Was faulty already right from the start: - Slow and almost non-existent support - No response. - Rude staff - False statements My advice is to stay far away from this VPS provider! Find another one, that is more stable and customer minded.

Cheap price but bad customer service, bad network very often lose network and downtime. I bought 3 VPS here and used it for 1 month, I lost my internet connection for 20 hours, my entire website crashed, leading to the SEO ranking of my client's website being downgraded. I asked for a refund but they slandered me with 3 accounts and suspended my 3 VPS, as well as they locked my account. Don't waste your money on a bad service like this.
