They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

Only VPS that retains the performance… Only VPS that retains the performance benchmark score for full 1 year and still rocking!! I have tested many other VPS service providers, and after some time(months), the benchmark(network and CPU) goes down but not with GreenCloudVPS.

I have 5 vps servers with… I have 5 vps servers with Greencloudvps. 4 in the UK and 1 in Singapore. All have had zero downtime. They are reliable and have high hardware specifications that meet my requirements. Support is always quick to respond and helpful.

Cheap price but bad customer service, bad network very often lose network and downtime. I bought 3 VPS here and used it for 1 month, I lost my internet connection for 20 hours, my entire website crashed, leading to the SEO ranking of my client's website being downgraded. I asked for a refund but they slandered me with 3 accounts and suspended my 3 VPS, as well as they locked my account. Don't waste your money on a bad service like this.

Mixed Feelings - Great Support but Server Issues So my feelings are mixed. The support has truly been EXCELLENT. They always respond within minutes, at any time of the day. If it were only this, I would give 5-stars easy. The problem is that my server often will not respond to my connection requests. In the last 4 months or so, I have put in 9 or 10 such tickets, regarding being unable to connect to the server. I wish they could find a more permanent solution to the problem, because other than this, I love when it's working.
