They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

Terrible servers Terrible servers, constantly crashing, and I was sending a ticket to support daily. They also won't offer a refund after forcing you to pay 3 months in advance, so good luck. Spend your money with a better company that doesn't give out faulty server after server and mask the IP's to look like they're in the cities they say.
