They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

I bought a high-spec VPS, 4-core EPYC CPU, and 12 GB RAM, 2TB storage. the morning of 5 Jan , I use scp command to backup my files from another server, 2 minutes later, I got email "your service suspended", I can't say a word, it was so poor and sad. terrible!! You can never trust Greencloud, never.

Just bought 1 dedicated Windows VPS and… Just bought 1 dedicated Windows VPS and it's working great best thing about server resources are not shared when you choose a dedicated hosting provider, you get the full resources of single server. You don't need to worry about other websites clogging up the server's CPU and RAM.

Terrible servers Terrible servers, constantly crashing, and I was sending a ticket to support daily. They also won't offer a refund after forcing you to pay 3 months in advance, so good luck. Spend your money with a better company that doesn't give out faulty server after server and mask the IP's to look like they're in the cities they say.

First Experience, Great Start I've only recently started using it, great first experience! While my purchase flagged the verification system, the support staff were super friendly and almost instantly got me verified once I provided the info needed. The VPS is cheap, and I got access to it instantly! Great first experience so far, will recommend to others (already have referred one) :)
