They claim to have joined forces with another company - however that is completely false! I asked that company directly, and they confirm that they have no reference with greencloudvps. Extreme poor performance in terms of connection speed! Great VPS services, being using them for 2 years and still a happy user The first time I saw GreenCloudVPS is when I am looking for a Japan based VPS server. Seeing that their plan is value for money, I have them a try and I am using them ever since. The VPS resources is dedicated and fast, their geographical locations is great and they have servers where many other VPS provider does not have. I will recommend them to whoever needs to have VPS.

I bought a high-spec VPS, 4-core EPYC CPU, and 12 GB RAM, 2TB storage. the morning of 5 Jan , I use scp command to backup my files from another server, 2 minutes later, I got email "your service suspended", I can't say a word, it was so poor and sad. terrible!! They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.
