SGGreat VPS services, being using them for 2 years and still a happy user The first time I saw GreenCloudVPS is when I am looking for a Japan based VPS server. Seeing that their plan is value for money, I have them a try and I am using them ever since. The VPS resources is dedicated and fast, their geographical locations is great and they have servers where many other VPS provider does not have. I will recommend them to whoever needs to have VPS.

DKExtreme low quality and service! There are lots of problems with this VPS provider - Tons of bad reviews on GSA Forum. They claim to have joined forces with another company - however that is completely false! I asked that company directly, and they confirm that they have no reference with greencloudvps. Extreme poor performance in terms of connection speed! Proofs: In this case my Order Number: 4459641377 Paypal Dispute Ticket: PP-003-898-462-179 Transaktionsnr.: 8EN77338YB3542406 - Recieved a non-functional VPS - Extreme poor performance (Memory and connection) - Was faulty already right from the start: - Slow and almost non-existent support - No response. - Rude staff - False statements My advice is to stay far away from this VPS provider! Find another one, that is more stable and customer minded.

GBworst. support. ever. GreenCloud 01/13/2024: UPDATE: The case has been submitted to Better Business Bureau. They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.
