Terrible servers Terrible servers, constantly crashing, and I was sending a ticket to support daily. They also won't offer a refund after forcing you to pay 3 months in advance, so good luck. Spend your money with a better company that doesn't give out faulty server after server and mask the IP's to look like they're in the cities they say.

Cheap price but bad customer service, bad network very often lose network and downtime. I bought 3 VPS here and used it for 1 month, I lost my internet connection for 20 hours, my entire website crashed, leading to the SEO ranking of my client's website being downgraded. I asked for a refund but they slandered me with 3 accounts and suspended my 3 VPS, as well as they locked my account. Don't waste your money on a bad service like this.

They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond. 12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund. I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful. Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. Due to faulty RAID I lost my VPS and all data is gone. Support service closed the ticket without even trying to help. Stay away from this company!
