Misled and unsupported After a long discussion with the sales team about what kind of software would be best to purchase, they recommended Magento 1 for Airhotels, which I purchased. I later found out that they released a newer version, Magento 2, days before and didn't tell me. They then told me my only option for an upgrade was to purchase Magento 2, even though I had made no changes to the software I was given. I was also told that it is very easy to customize, but I asked 2 developers to take a look and neither of them could make sense of it. There are also several bugs with Magento 1 (i.e the address of the property does not register or save, and your property is listed as a completely different location), and when I asked if they could fix this, they said I would need to purchase additional support despite the fact that the bugs were not created on my end. In summary: - misled by sales team and encourages to purchase something out of date - misled about how "easy" it is to customize the software (I lost months with developers who had trouble trying to customize) - refusal to fix bugs that came with the software because my support period was out of date (I would understand if I created the bugs, but I did not!) I would not recommend using this company - you will fall down a rabbit whole and they will just ask you to pay more money to fix problems they created. I really wish this had worked out and I had a more positive experience, but it feels very much like a scam at this point.

They provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Even 10 months later we needed help configuring the Google API and they were there to walk us through everything even with a "screencast" to demonstrate the exact steps needed to resolve the issue. Good on cost, great on timing, needs slight improvements in technicalities I got connected with Apptha while downloading a free theme on wordpress. Their support service for a free product was great and that got me into buying a paid video player. thier products save big on costs and timing but need technical fine tuning here and there..

All positive replies on their products are either by their own employees or bought reviews! The initial service is good, but they deliver a VERY BAD PRODUCT! After complaining, they mention their 10-day guarantee. This, of course, would only apply if the product is as advertised. SCAM!!!
