NLUnreliable and incompetent - but they appologized We used Airhotels on our project: Doozze. Agreements and deadlines are not met, the work is sloppy and takes months to fix. The staff that was appointed to me needed to be continuously micromanaged and bugs and mistakes popped up persistently. I would not work with them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. To make matters worse: they've been using our project as a featured case study without our consent and have failed to remove it from their website after repeated requests. Edit: Apptha has proceeded to remove our company from their website and has apologized for any inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused.

GBvery basic featuress Funny how all the good reviews are from Indians, hmmm made a mistake of buying this pluggin, I was told you can customise this pluggin easily, plugin has very basic features so no matter what you will soon need to custmise apptha to meet the need of the growing business, They quoted me 3 times the cost of the plugin for minor change, i try to speak to them but they take ages to reply, one of them told me it's my company if you don't like it you can have you money back, wow great customer service,

GBThey provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Even 10 months later we needed help configuring the Google API and they were there to walk us through everything even with a "screencast" to demonstrate the exact steps needed to resolve the issue. I wish all plugin developers were this reliable. Thanks Apptha!

INGood on cost, great on timing, needs slight improvements in technicalities I got connected with Apptha while downloading a free theme on wordpress. Their support service for a free product was great and that got me into buying a paid video player. thier products save big on costs and timing but need technical fine tuning here and there..

BRSupport is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!
