Customer service not very good once you hand over the money Apptha looks great at first but once you start getting into details its lacking basic features which is needed, they will be happy to customize it for you for 3/4 times the price of the extension, i paid over $1400 for customizing but still i will need to spend more to make it work how it should, apptha team was very helpful until i handed over the money, now they dont reply for days lots of improvement needed, $499 is not worth it,

Exceptional helpful and quick service Apptha is exactly as advertised - enabling upload of videos from multiple sources and, importantly, maximising my Adsense account. Apptha provided something different from other similar products, and yet much easier to use. Extraordinary level of support. I would rate above 100 out of 100. I have had bad service with a market 'leader.' Apptha is in a different universe for quality. Documentation is an area that others lack. Apptha provided comprehensive documentation and links to other useful resources. Definite value for money. Support is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!
