System "was cheap" but to get some minor changes, they estimated a price that was up to 3-4 times the price of the product. If you ask them questions on the chat, they very seldom answering your question 100% and they pushing you to buy all the time. I choose to stay away from them due to this.

We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too.
