GBvery basic featuress Funny how all the good reviews are from Indians, hmmm made a mistake of buying this pluggin, I was told you can customise this pluggin easily, plugin has very basic features so no matter what you will soon need to custmise apptha to meet the need of the growing business, They quoted me 3 times the cost of the plugin for minor change, i try to speak to them but they take ages to reply, one of them told me it's my company if you don't like it you can have you money back, wow great customer service,

AUExceptional helpful and quick service Apptha is exactly as advertised - enabling upload of videos from multiple sources and, importantly, maximising my Adsense account. Apptha provided something different from other similar products, and yet much easier to use. Extraordinary level of support. I would rate above 100 out of 100. I have had bad service with a market 'leader.' Apptha is in a different universe for quality. Documentation is an area that others lack. Apptha provided comprehensive documentation and links to other useful resources. Definite value for money. I hope they prosper and one day in the future I want to consider some of the other exciting choices they offer. Oz Harte

INI bought their marketplace extension… I bought their marketplace extension long back.. it has lots of bug. its a shot in simple terms. i wasted many months to fix the isseus which diverted me from my actual business. the sales person sold me this shitt saying its fully working custom ecommerce software. for support, all dumb people are hired. they just say we are working on the issue. take days, months to fix the issues. instead of buying their product, you better throw your money in water. at least you will save your precious time. I wish i could attach the email communications and word files, issue trackers here.

BRSupport is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!
