THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY I bought an Air hotel from them and I was promised that the software would be adapted to my needs. After installing the software, then the software did not work as it should and also Apptha stopped responding to me. Finally, when they responded, they did not seem to have promised to customize the site for my needs and did not care whether the software worked or not. At first they did not leave me alone, and as soon as I had paid, I did not hear from them! Do not be fooled by how many people give them a good recommendation here because these are definitely their employees who are giving reviews.

Good on cost, great on timing, needs slight improvements in technicalities I got connected with Apptha while downloading a free theme on wordpress. Their support service for a free product was great and that got me into buying a paid video player. thier products save big on costs and timing but need technical fine tuning here and there..

Misled and unsupported After a long discussion with the sales team about what kind of software would be best to purchase, they recommended Magento 1 for Airhotels, which I purchased. I later found out that they released a newer version, Magento 2, days before and didn't tell me. They then told me my only option for an upgrade was to purchase Magento 2, even though I had made no changes to the software I was given. I was also told that it is very easy to customize, but I asked 2 developers to take a look and neither of them could make sense of it. There are also several bugs with Magento 1 (i.e the address of the property does not register or save, and your property is listed as a completely different location), and when I asked if they could fix this, they said I would need to purchase additional support despite the fact that the bugs were not created on my end. In summary: - misled by sales team and encourages to purchase something out of date - misled about how "easy" it is to customize the software (I lost months with developers who had trouble trying to customize) - refusal to fix bugs that came with the software because my support period was out of date (I would understand if I created the bugs, but I did not!) I would not recommend using this company - you will fall down a rabbit whole and they will just ask you to pay more money to fix problems they created. I really wish this had worked out and I had a more positive experience, but it feels very much like a scam at this point.

Unreliable and incompetent - but they appologized We used Airhotels on our project: Doozze. Agreements and deadlines are not met, the work is sloppy and takes months to fix. The staff that was appointed to me needed to be continuously micromanaged and bugs and mistakes popped up persistently. I would not work with them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. To make matters worse: they've been using our project as a featured case study without our consent and have failed to remove it from their website after repeated requests. Edit: Apptha has proceeded to remove our company from their website and has apologized for any inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused.

Exceptional helpful and quick service Apptha is exactly as advertised - enabling upload of videos from multiple sources and, importantly, maximising my Adsense account. Apptha provided something different from other similar products, and yet much easier to use. Extraordinary level of support. I would rate above 100 out of 100. I have had bad service with a market 'leader.' Apptha is in a different universe for quality. Documentation is an area that others lack. Apptha provided comprehensive documentation and links to other useful resources. Definite value for money. I hope they prosper and one day in the future I want to consider some of the other exciting choices they offer. Oz Harte
