Try to get you on the hook... Hi, I have looked for different several rental script for testing. And one of the system was from Apptha. System "was cheap" but to get some minor changes, they estimated a price that was up to 3-4 times the price of the product. If you ask them questions on the chat, they very seldom answering your question 100% and they pushing you to buy all the time. I choose to stay away from them due to this.

Support is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!

Customer service not very good once you hand over the money Apptha looks great at first but once you start getting into details its lacking basic features which is needed, they will be happy to customize it for you for 3/4 times the price of the extension, i paid over $1400 for customizing but still i will need to spend more to make it work how it should, apptha team was very helpful until i handed over the money, now they dont reply for days lots of improvement needed, $499 is not worth it,

Misled and unsupported After a long discussion with the sales team about what kind of software would be best to purchase, they recommended Magento 1 for Airhotels, which I purchased. I later found out that they released a newer version, Magento 2, days before and didn't tell me. They then told me my only option for an upgrade was to purchase Magento 2, even though I had made no changes to the software I was given. I was also told that it is very easy to customize, but I asked 2 developers to take a look and neither of them could make sense of it. There are also several bugs with Magento 1 (i.e the address of the property does not register or save, and your property is listed as a completely different location), and when I asked if they could fix this, they said I would need to purchase additional support despite the fact that the bugs were not created on my end. In summary: - misled by sales team and encourages to purchase something out of date - misled about how "easy" it is to customize the software (I lost months with developers who had trouble trying to customize) - refusal to fix bugs that came with the software because my support period was out of date (I would understand if I created the bugs, but I did not!) I would not recommend using this company - you will fall down a rabbit whole and they will just ask you to pay more money to fix problems they created. I really wish this had worked out and I had a more positive experience, but it feels very much like a scam at this point.

All positive replies on their products are either by their own employees or bought reviews! The initial service is good, but they deliver a VERY BAD PRODUCT! After complaining, they mention their 10-day guarantee. This, of course, would only apply if the product is as advertised. SCAM!!!
