BRSupport is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!

GBThey provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Even 10 months later we needed help configuring the Google API and they were there to walk us through everything even with a "screencast" to demonstrate the exact steps needed to resolve the issue. GBCustomer service not very good once you hand over the money Apptha looks great at first but once you start getting into details its lacking basic features which is needed, they will be happy to customize it for you for 3/4 times the price of the extension, i paid over $1400 for customizing but still i will need to spend more to make it work how it should, apptha team was very helpful until i handed over the money, now they dont reply for days lots of improvement needed, $499 is not worth it,
