We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. All positive replies on their products are either by their own employees or bought reviews! The initial service is good, but they deliver a VERY BAD PRODUCT! After complaining, they mention their 10-day guarantee. This, of course, would only apply if the product is as advertised. SCAM!!!
