They provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Even 10 months later we needed help configuring the Google API and they were there to walk us through everything even with a "screencast" to demonstrate the exact steps needed to resolve the issue. Well Categorized Product Reached apptha to build Multi vendor Module for online store. Design & Interface looks cool and in terms of application every thing added into measurable actions like cataloged, it need to be separated, otherwise this software is good. A decent module for the price range, also the support team handled me with a great care during the process of building my own marketplace store. Plenty of questions raised in order to customize the script, got clear explanations for all my queries.

very basic featuress Funny how all the good reviews are from Indians, hmmm made a mistake of buying this pluggin, I was told you can customise this pluggin easily, plugin has very basic features so no matter what you will soon need to custmise apptha to meet the need of the growing business, They quoted me 3 times the cost of the plugin for minor change, i try to speak to them but they take ages to reply, one of them told me it's my company if you don't like it you can have you money back, wow great customer service,

Customer service not very good once you hand over the money Apptha looks great at first but once you start getting into details its lacking basic features which is needed, they will be happy to customize it for you for 3/4 times the price of the extension, i paid over $1400 for customizing but still i will need to spend more to make it work how it should, apptha team was very helpful until i handed over the money, now they dont reply for days lots of improvement needed, $499 is not worth it,

Support is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!
