Good on cost, great on timing, needs slight improvements in technicalities I got connected with Apptha while downloading a free theme on wordpress. Their support service for a free product was great and that got me into buying a paid video player. thier products save big on costs and timing but need technical fine tuning here and there..

System "was cheap" but to get some minor changes, they estimated a price that was up to 3-4 times the price of the product. If you ask them questions on the chat, they very seldom answering your question 100% and they pushing you to buy all the time. I choose to stay away from them due to this.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY I bought an Air hotel from them and I was promised that the software would be adapted to my needs. After installing the software, then the software did not work as it should and also Apptha stopped responding to me. Finally, when they responded, they did not seem to have promised to customize the site for my needs and did not care whether the software worked or not. At first they did not leave me alone, and as soon as I had paid, I did not hear from them! Do not be fooled by how many people give them a good recommendation here because these are definitely their employees who are giving reviews.

Support is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer.
