System "was cheap" but to get some minor changes, they estimated a price that was up to 3-4 times the price of the product. If you ask them questions on the chat, they very seldom answering your question 100% and they pushing you to buy all the time. I choose to stay away from them due to this.

They provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Even 10 months later we needed help configuring the Google API and they were there to walk us through everything even with a "screencast" to demonstrate the exact steps needed to resolve the issue. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY I bought an Air hotel from them and I was promised that the software would be adapted to my needs. After installing the software, then the software did not work as it should and also Apptha stopped responding to me. Finally, when they responded, they did not seem to have promised to customize the site for my needs and did not care whether the software worked or not. At first they did not leave me alone, and as soon as I had paid, I did not hear from them! Do not be fooled by how many people give them a good recommendation here because these are definitely their employees who are giving reviews.

very basic featuress Funny how all the good reviews are from Indians, hmmm made a mistake of buying this pluggin, I was told you can customise this pluggin easily, plugin has very basic features so no matter what you will soon need to custmise apptha to meet the need of the growing business, They quoted me 3 times the cost of the plugin for minor change, i try to speak to them but they take ages to reply, one of them told me it's my company if you don't like it you can have you money back, wow great customer service,

what scares me is that all the comments here are by indians ...which truth is not their most known property. i would suggest using other sites to drill in.
