If you ask them questions on the chat, they very seldom answering your question 100% and they pushing you to buy all the time. I choose to stay away from them due to this.

They provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. Support is terrible Support is terrible, you try to ask for information in the FAQ, BLOG and any other place and they do not answer I put myself in the disposition to make my paid service because I had lost the period of guarantee and it has been 2 weeks that do not respond with a quotation or some message of answer. Get away!
