THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY I bought an Air hotel from them and I was promised that the software would be adapted to my needs. After installing the software, then the software did not work as it should and also Apptha stopped responding to me. Finally, when they responded, they did not seem to have promised to customize the site for my needs and did not care whether the software worked or not. At first they did not leave me alone, and as soon as I had paid, I did not hear from them! Do not be fooled by how many people give them a good recommendation here because these are definitely their employees who are giving reviews.

very basic featuress Funny how all the good reviews are from Indians, hmmm made a mistake of buying this pluggin, I was told you can customise this pluggin easily, plugin has very basic features so no matter what you will soon need to custmise apptha to meet the need of the growing business, They quoted me 3 times the cost of the plugin for minor change, i try to speak to them but they take ages to reply, one of them told me it's my company if you don't like it you can have you money back, wow great customer service,

They provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Even 10 months later we needed help configuring the Google API and they were there to walk us through everything even with a "screencast" to demonstrate the exact steps needed to resolve the issue. Exceptional helpful and quick service Apptha is exactly as advertised - enabling upload of videos from multiple sources and, importantly, maximising my Adsense account. Apptha provided something different from other similar products, and yet much easier to use. Extraordinary level of support. I would rate above 100 out of 100. I have had bad service with a market 'leader.' Apptha is in a different universe for quality. Documentation is an area that others lack. Apptha provided comprehensive documentation and links to other useful resources. Definite value for money. I hope they prosper and one day in the future I want to consider some of the other exciting choices they offer. Oz Harte
