They provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Unreliable and incompetent - but they appologized We used Airhotels on our project: Doozze. Agreements and deadlines are not met, the work is sloppy and takes months to fix. The staff that was appointed to me needed to be continuously micromanaged and bugs and mistakes popped up persistently. I would not work with them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. To make matters worse: they've been using our project as a featured case study without our consent and have failed to remove it from their website after repeated requests. Edit: Apptha has proceeded to remove our company from their website and has apologized for any inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused.
