They provide a solid product and quality support, we will recommend them! We needed a full-featured versatile video player plugin for our client's large-scale website and this seemed to be the one that had all the features needed. We did have a couple small issues in addition to some customizations needed but their support team was very responsive and helpful too. Even 10 months later we needed help configuring the Google API and they were there to walk us through everything even with a "screencast" to demonstrate the exact steps needed to resolve the issue. what scares me is that all the comments here are by indians ...which truth is not their most known property. i would suggest using other sites to drill in.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY I bought an Air hotel from them and I was promised that the software would be adapted to my needs. After installing the software, then the software did not work as it should and also Apptha stopped responding to me. Finally, when they responded, they did not seem to have promised to customize the site for my needs and did not care whether the software worked or not. At first they did not leave me alone, and as soon as I had paid, I did not hear from them! Do not be fooled by how many people give them a good recommendation here because these are definitely their employees who are giving reviews.

Customer service not very good once you hand over the money Apptha looks great at first but once you start getting into details its lacking basic features which is needed, they will be happy to customize it for you for 3/4 times the price of the extension, i paid over $1400 for customizing but still i will need to spend more to make it work how it should, apptha team was very helpful until i handed over the money, now they dont reply for days lots of improvement needed, $499 is not worth it,
