Good app for startups The app has all the basic accounting functionalities required for any business. Bookkeeping in particular is a great module.I used to work with Quickbooks before, but I switched to Deskera a while back. Have managed to stay on top of my finances with this app. Their chat feature is exactly like whatsapp so my team and I don’t have to bother each other for official communication personal whatsapps. This feature is especially cool because staying in touch with my team is very easy. I would recommend anybody with a small business to give it a try.

Easier to track cash flow Tracking day-to-day income and expenses for my shop has become a lot simpler since I started using this app. While I have dabbled in other similar software before, Tally and Vyapar, I think Deskera manages to give me the best of both in one place. It’s an all in all solid app and choosing it to run my business has been the right choice so far. There are some functions that would like for the product to have in the mobile version of the app, like the ability to get rid of unused/ irrelevant documents, but that doesn’t compromise the basic functioning of the app in any way, so it’s not a major concern right now

Not suited for International market and rubbish customer sevices Honestly the clunkiest software - not suited for international markets, with non-existent support and pathetic customer service. Maybe I'll try again in a few years when they get themselves sorted.

Everything is in one place The app allows you to do all important business functions easily, and all in one place. I don’t have to keep switching between a hundred different software, My tax calculations, in particular, have gotten a lot easier to do since I started using this since it lets me do those inside the invoices itself. The interface of the app is very user friendly and super easy to navigate. It is very easy to understand as well. I majorly use it as a Quickbooks alternative, but there are a lot of features in the app that I haven’t explored yet.

Plus it starts with a one month free trial that certainly lets you take your time to get the hang of it before you invest in it. The work done by so many different applications and people are put altogether in one, while being easy and efficient.
