Multi-purpose and acceble It is very easy to use. I can find everything on the dashboard. So even though I’m not great with computers, I got the hang of it very fast. Initially, I was very uncertain to use an online app instead of offline documentation, but now, I have shifted the whole business online to Deskera - accounts, inventory, and application too. I totally recommend using it. And my employees also find it very helpful to maintain. It has also helped me in filing taxes hassle-free on time and with the right details.

Not suited for International market and rubbish customer sevices Honestly the clunkiest software - not suited for international markets, with non-existent support and pathetic customer service. Maybe I'll try again in a few years when they get themselves sorted.

Worst Service - No response from CEO as well They do not have the basic features of copy pasting multiple email id's. Its missing common sense. For the small software issues they say that they will report to their dev teams and nothing happens from there... not a trustworthy software. Have escalated to a board member and ceo, they don't even respond. Pathetic service!!

Helpful in tracking expenses Managing sales and orders has become quite easier since I started using this software. It creates invoices and gives me a review on the finances too which helped me tremendously in the adjustment of my spending pattern. The buy module especially helps place orders easily and billing too.

Changing resources for a job Small businesses like mine have had to face an uphill task in resource management ever since we have started working from home. So I tried out Deskera after finding out that it has a resource management tool, I am pleasantly surprised with how efficient that tool has turned out to be. Assigning people jobs based on projects, rather than based on designation, really helped me eliminate any sort of confusion regarding job responsibilities. The interface is very smooth as well. Easy to figure out, and easy to operate, so that there are no gaps in my understanding of how it works
