Not suited for International market and rubbish customer sevices Honestly the clunkiest software - not suited for international markets, with non-existent support and pathetic customer service. Maybe I'll try again in a few years when they get themselves sorted.

Helpful in tracking expenses Managing sales and orders has become quite easier since I started using this software. It creates invoices and gives me a review on the finances too which helped me tremendously in the adjustment of my spending pattern. The buy module especially helps place orders easily and billing too.

Plus it starts with a one month free trial that certainly lets you take your time to get the hang of it before you invest in it. The work done by so many different applications and people are put altogether in one, while being easy and efficient.

Think twice before starting a free… Think twice before starting a free trial with this company. I was interested in Deskera’s features, so I signed up for the trial and entered my credit card info. After a few hours of use, I was clear it was not a platform I wanted to use. I went through a cancellation process, but must have failed to complete it because two weeks later a credit card charge showed up. I emailed back and forth with their support 6 or 7 times to finally receive the answer that they just want to keep my money since I failed to cancel before the two weeks. Well, I don’t understand why a company that wants to provide a functional service would want to keep the money of someone who does not want to use the service, based on a technicality. But they do. So, make sure you get a cancellation email or something if you try and cancel. Otherwise, they are not going to be interested in refunding you whether you like, or use, their service. They are just excited about the $149 they get to keep.

Works good Started using this app two months ago. Bought the startup version this month. Suffices the requirements of my company with quite less human power. So far it works pretty smoothly, I will be exploring more as and when I can use more of the provided facilities.
