Changing resources for a job Small businesses like mine have had to face an uphill task in resource management ever since we have started working from home. So I tried out Deskera after finding out that it has a resource management tool, I am pleasantly surprised with how efficient that tool has turned out to be. Assigning people jobs based on projects, rather than based on designation, really helped me eliminate any sort of confusion regarding job responsibilities. The interface is very smooth as well. Easy to figure out, and easy to operate, so that there are no gaps in my understanding of how it works

Love that it has multiple functions Saves tremendous human efforts and book-keeping is also easy. Has allowed me to do the accounting, take care of the team, manage employee leaves, keep track of deals, resource management and whatnot, that too all so very efficiently. Plus the dashboard also allows me to switch between tabs and work on different things all at once, this is really time saving.

Good app for startups The app has all the basic accounting functionalities required for any business. Bookkeeping in particular is a great module.I used to work with Quickbooks before, but I switched to Deskera a while back. Have managed to stay on top of my finances with this app. Their chat feature is exactly like whatsapp so my team and I don’t have to bother each other for official communication personal whatsapps. This feature is especially cool because staying in touch with my team is very easy. I would recommend anybody with a small business to give it a try.

Very Unreliable Servers Very Unreliable Servers. Very Poor Knowledge to the Support team. No one picks up the calls. Queries are replied very late.

Not suited for International market and rubbish customer sevices Honestly the clunkiest software - not suited for international markets, with non-existent support and pathetic customer service. Maybe I'll try again in a few years when they get themselves sorted.
