AUNot suited for International market and rubbish customer sevices Honestly the clunkiest software - not suited for international markets, with non-existent support and pathetic customer service. Maybe I'll try again in a few years when they get themselves sorted.

INEverything is in one place The app allows you to do all important business functions easily, and all in one place. I don’t have to keep switching between a hundred different software, My tax calculations, in particular, have gotten a lot easier to do since I started using this since it lets me do those inside the invoices itself. The interface of the app is very user friendly and super easy to navigate. It is very easy to understand as well. I majorly use it as a Quickbooks alternative, but there are a lot of features in the app that I haven’t explored yet.

GBA good way for small businesses to do accounting In the start-up phase I couldn’t really afford an accountant. Instead of an accountant, I invested in this software and it certainly did the job. The details of every deal is uploaded as and when it takes place, invoices are created making it easy to track expenses. The reports made by the software help in making financial decisions. It helped me with the tax calculations too

INMulti-purpose and acceble It is very easy to use. I can find everything on the dashboard. So even though I’m not great with computers, I got the hang of it very fast. Initially, I was very uncertain to use an online app instead of offline documentation, but now, I have shifted the whole business online to Deskera - accounts, inventory, and application too. I totally recommend using it. And my employees also find it very helpful to maintain. It has also helped me in filing taxes hassle-free on time and with the right details.

GBThink twice before starting a free… Think twice before starting a free trial with this company. I was interested in Deskera’s features, so I signed up for the trial and entered my credit card info. After a few hours of use, I was clear it was not a platform I wanted to use. I went through a cancellation process, but must have failed to complete it because two weeks later a credit card charge showed up. I emailed back and forth with their support 6 or 7 times to finally receive the answer that they just want to keep my money since I failed to cancel before the two weeks. Well, I don’t understand why a company that wants to provide a functional service would want to keep the money of someone who does not want to use the service, based on a technicality. But they do. So, make sure you get a cancellation email or something if you try and cancel. Otherwise, they are not going to be interested in refunding you whether you like, or use, their service. They are just excited about the $149 they get to keep.
