AUNot suited for International market and rubbish customer sevices Honestly the clunkiest software - not suited for international markets, with non-existent support and pathetic customer service. Maybe I'll try again in a few years when they get themselves sorted.

INHighly recommended for small and medium-sized companies I run a small family business, which has recently picked up. My business and accounting were getting out of hand until I started using Deskera. This software has all the functionalities that a small business would require, like... easy to make documents (invoices, estimates, etc). There were similar functions on Zoho and Khatabook as well, but I prefer Deskera over them. Plus it keeps track of all docs for you. There is also a phone app, which connects to the main app, which makes it easier for me to stay mobile and still work

GBWorks good Started using this app two months ago. Bought the startup version this month. Suffices the requirements of my company with quite less human power. So far it works pretty smoothly, I will be exploring more as and when I can use more of the provided facilities.

INEasier to track cash flow Tracking day-to-day income and expenses for my shop has become a lot simpler since I started using this app. While I have dabbled in other similar software before, Tally and Vyapar, I think Deskera manages to give me the best of both in one place. It’s an all in all solid app and choosing it to run my business has been the right choice so far. There are some functions that would like for the product to have in the mobile version of the app, like the ability to get rid of unused/ irrelevant documents, but that doesn’t compromise the basic functioning of the app in any way, so it’s not a major concern right now

AUThese guys are just ridiculous !!! These guys are just ridiculous !!!! We have purchased our lifetime deal on AppSumo, which includes "all future updates to their professional plan." All modules - Books, People, CRM, etc. They created CRM + and still claimed that it was not an upgrade or update of the current CRM module. They are just trying to pull us out that it's a new product. The best part is that they promised to include exactly this module if we met some requirements, such as joining their FB group, which we did. Now, after almost a year, they are coming up with new requirements, such as publishing a review on Capterra or subscribing to YouTube channels and joining their webinars. what do they want next? Not to mention the tool itself is buggy. They don't care much about their early adopters who supported them when they started. Such a shame!
