INGood app for startups The app has all the basic accounting functionalities required for any business. Bookkeeping in particular is a great module.I used to work with Quickbooks before, but I switched to Deskera a while back. Have managed to stay on top of my finances with this app. Their chat feature is exactly like whatsapp so my team and I don’t have to bother each other for official communication personal whatsapps. This feature is especially cool because staying in touch with my team is very easy. I would recommend anybody with a small business to give it a try.

AUNot suited for International market and rubbish customer sevices Honestly the clunkiest software - not suited for international markets, with non-existent support and pathetic customer service. Maybe I'll try again in a few years when they get themselves sorted.

INHelpful in tracking expenses Managing sales and orders has become quite easier since I started using this software. It creates invoices and gives me a review on the finances too which helped me tremendously in the adjustment of my spending pattern. The buy module especially helps place orders easily and billing too.

INEasier to track cash flow Tracking day-to-day income and expenses for my shop has become a lot simpler since I started using this app. While I have dabbled in other similar software before, Tally and Vyapar, I think Deskera manages to give me the best of both in one place. It’s an all in all solid app and choosing it to run my business has been the right choice so far. There are some functions that would like for the product to have in the mobile version of the app, like the ability to get rid of unused/ irrelevant documents, but that doesn’t compromise the basic functioning of the app in any way, so it’s not a major concern right now

AUThese guys are just ridiculous !!! These guys are just ridiculous !!!! We have purchased our lifetime deal on AppSumo, which includes "all future updates to their professional plan." All modules - Books, People, CRM, etc. They created CRM + and still claimed that it was not an upgrade or update of the current CRM module. They are just trying to pull us out that it's a new product. The best part is that they promised to include exactly this module if we met some requirements, such as joining their FB group, which we did. Now, after almost a year, they are coming up with new requirements, such as publishing a review on Capterra or subscribing to YouTube channels and joining their webinars. what do they want next? Not to mention the tool itself is buggy. They don't care much about their early adopters who supported them when they started. Such a shame!
