Stops everything on IOS working I had Covenant eyes for a few months and unfortunately had to cancel the subscription because it just completely shut down any apps on my iPhone. I couldn’t even connect to my gym app when working out and as soon as the app was deleted off my phone everything would work perfectly. Very disappointing

What a pile of garbage this company is What a pile of garbage this company is. I canceled my service with them after only 2 weeks of a trial and they charged my credit card anyways. No support. Chats stink. Only a computer not a real human. And no one answers the phone. Complicated software for others using with you. Expensive. Pick something else.

Not perfect, but does the job Not perfect, but does the job of filtering and blocking content. I hope they will continue improving it so it will work better and better for their users.

Excellent in Every Way Great and incredibly friendly customer service! I love working with them and calling them about concerns or technical questions. They've always been able to solve my problems and are patient and care about their customers. Great product, great service, and very reliable!

Terrible Application Terrible, terrible service. Frequently flagged false positives, just triggering more acrimony and distrust in our marriage. And, I have to disconnect my Norton VPN so that my devices will connect to the internet through their shoddy Covenant VPN. Finally, they have recently changed branding of the onscreen logo so that now I always see this ubiquitous, Orwellian eyeball staring at me from my phone screen. I HATE this service, and will disconnect it today, marriage or no marriage.
