VERY BAD BAD. I joined Covenant Eyes hoping for high quality Christian adult content and i was sorely dissapointed. All the images are blurry and the app is slow! Also wont let me cancel my membership! Avoid, or use a virtual card if you really want images of blurry christian chicks.

this software is in breach of privacy this software is in breach of privacy! once i had the software installed i noticed it would take screenshots of my current screen and upload them to my online account as well as send them to an accountability partner. this means that the company can view sensitive information such as bank details, passwords ect, as these screenshots get uploaded to there database. not only this but you can easily by pass the software with a vpn. i mean this is just ridiculous!! this software is clearly aimed at anyone who don't give a dam about there privacy.

I used this service for years and do not recommend. This app used to be okay. The recent changes to their software however, have made it absolutely useless. Screen accountability does not work. I have told the company many times since they introduced the feature. The recent update has left reports based solely on screen accountability. The app works poorly on iOS it constantly turns off or can be turned off. Nothing is monitored unless the specific browser is used. It does not monitor app activity or block content within apps. l contacted customer service a few times and found them to be responsive but lacking in helpfulness. The only useful feature of CE used to be the full browsing logs. I never found reports to be comprehensive and literally spent hours filtering thru thousands of logs to check for suspicious activity. Now this feature is gone completely and so the service is utterly a waste of money as it will do absolutely nothing but provide a false sense of behavior from addicts.

Terrible Application Terrible, terrible service. Frequently flagged false positives, just triggering more acrimony and distrust in our marriage. And, I have to disconnect my Norton VPN so that my devices will connect to the internet through their shoddy Covenant VPN. Finally, they have recently changed branding of the onscreen logo so that now I always see this ubiquitous, Orwellian eyeball staring at me from my phone screen. I HATE this service, and will disconnect it today, marriage or no marriage.

Decent prenatal. Terrible Customer service. The program has improved from a few years ago, but it still has several loopholes that are easy to find. My bigger issue is that you can’t cancel without calling in. You can uninstall it from all your devices online but you can’t stop them from charging you. I called in before my billing date and it went to a voicemail. Tried again today and they told me they wouldn’t refund me because by the time I actually reached somebody, it had already charged and I didn’t leave a voicemail. I’m sure they can see when I removed my it from devices, but they still refuse to refund the money. So decent program. Terrible customer service with catawampus hours who won’t even help you when you get laid off from a job.
