I wish I could give this "Christian"… I wish I could give this "Christian" site zero stars. First of all they won't let you cancel your subscription unless you talk to a salesperson. Then they do anything to keep you like give you a "hardship discount", hmmm.. well I wouldn't be calling in the first place if I could afford it, so attempting to talk someone into keeping a product that they can't afford is probably not very high in Christlikeness. Second of all if you call and leave a message they won't cancel it. At this point I'm at my wits end, I'm going to have to block the card or something and have the bank handle it. I have these wonderful Christian friends to thank for the frustration and stress. I've been treated better by the wokiest, scummiest, media companies compared to this company and that is sad. I never even downloaded the product, and after this I never will.

I used this service for years and do not recommend. This app used to be okay. The recent changes to their software however, have made it absolutely useless. Screen accountability does not work. I have told the company many times since they introduced the feature. The recent update has left reports based solely on screen accountability. The app works poorly on iOS it constantly turns off or can be turned off. Nothing is monitored unless the specific browser is used. It does not monitor app activity or block content within apps. l contacted customer service a few times and found them to be responsive but lacking in helpfulness. The only useful feature of CE used to be the full browsing logs. I never found reports to be comprehensive and literally spent hours filtering thru thousands of logs to check for suspicious activity. Now this feature is gone completely and so the service is utterly a waste of money as it will do absolutely nothing but provide a false sense of behavior from addicts.

I used covenant eyes for 20 years but… I used covenant eyes for 20 years but have just cancelled. I am quite disappointed at how terrible the software works. For example, every webpage that you visit their VPN has to load. Which takes a considerable amount of time. Often over 10 seconds. It just doesn’t work well at all. Not only that, but they have increased their monthly price. Not worth it. I am looking at other alternatives.

Truely a terrible service Truely a terrible service and overpriced for what it provides. It doesn't monitor applications outside of Safari and the Covenant Eyes browser. Any other app you download, you can access NSFW content (twitter, youtube, another browser). The VPN is terrible, slow and buggy. It would constantly cut out my internet connection, forcing me to restart the VPN (which takes a solid 30-60second) multiple times per day. I cancelled my service for a few months after getting to a point where i felt i didn't need it. After a relapse I eventually wanted to restart my subscription (i must be a masochist) only to be greeted with infinite loading screens when trying to pay. The tech was so bad they couldn't even take my money!!! Never using again, never recommending, and praying for a better competitor because the world needs something like this THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.

Useless for marraiges Useless for marraiges. Just continues to hide the sin. Doesn't actually deal with the root of the problem. Porn addiction destroyed my Marraige and this app promotes the addiction !! It allows the husband to hide from the wife his problems.. and the women are abused and not heard told to submit and be abused by their infidelity
