Stops everything on IOS working I had Covenant eyes for a few months and unfortunately had to cancel the subscription because it just completely shut down any apps on my iPhone. I couldn’t even connect to my gym app when working out and as soon as the app was deleted off my phone everything would work perfectly. Very disappointing

Excellent in Every Way Great and incredibly friendly customer service! I love working with them and calling them about concerns or technical questions. They've always been able to solve my problems and are patient and care about their customers. Great product, great service, and very reliable!

Decent prenatal. Terrible Customer service. The program has improved from a few years ago, but it still has several loopholes that are easy to find. My bigger issue is that you can’t cancel without calling in. You can uninstall it from all your devices online but you can’t stop them from charging you. I called in before my billing date and it went to a voicemail. Tried again today and they told me they wouldn’t refund me because by the time I actually reached somebody, it had already charged and I didn’t leave a voicemail. I’m sure they can see when I removed my it from devices, but they still refuse to refund the money. So decent program. Terrible customer service with catawampus hours who won’t even help you when you get laid off from a job.

Terrible Application Terrible, terrible service. Frequently flagged false positives, just triggering more acrimony and distrust in our marriage. And, I have to disconnect my Norton VPN so that my devices will connect to the internet through their shoddy Covenant VPN. Finally, they have recently changed branding of the onscreen logo so that now I always see this ubiquitous, Orwellian eyeball staring at me from my phone screen. I HATE this service, and will disconnect it today, marriage or no marriage.

Not perfect, but does the job Not perfect, but does the job of filtering and blocking content. I hope they will continue improving it so it will work better and better for their users.
