Terrible Application Terrible, terrible service. Frequently flagged false positives, just triggering more acrimony and distrust in our marriage. And, I have to disconnect my Norton VPN so that my devices will connect to the internet through their shoddy Covenant VPN. Finally, they have recently changed branding of the onscreen logo so that now I always see this ubiquitous, Orwellian eyeball staring at me from my phone screen. I HATE this service, and will disconnect it today, marriage or no marriage.

Stops everything on IOS working I had Covenant eyes for a few months and unfortunately had to cancel the subscription because it just completely shut down any apps on my iPhone. I couldn’t even connect to my gym app when working out and as soon as the app was deleted off my phone everything would work perfectly. Very disappointing

Not perfect, but does the job Not perfect, but does the job of filtering and blocking content. I hope they will continue improving it so it will work better and better for their users.

Doesn't work, hard to cancel I can confirm much of what others users have said 1) The app doesn't work at all; is incredibly easy to circumvent; and at the same time is quite invasive, utilizing a VPN that precludes you from using any other VPNs and causing connection issues 2) Their system indeed does not let you cancel, forcing you to talk to Sales. They hide behind some shield such as "this is for your own protection", but this is nonsense. I frankly haven't seen any normal company in the 21st century operate this way.

Truely a terrible service Truely a terrible service and overpriced for what it provides. It doesn't monitor applications outside of Safari and the Covenant Eyes browser. Any other app you download, you can access NSFW content (twitter, youtube, another browser). The VPN is terrible, slow and buggy. It would constantly cut out my internet connection, forcing me to restart the VPN (which takes a solid 30-60second) multiple times per day. I cancelled my service for a few months after getting to a point where i felt i didn't need it. After a relapse I eventually wanted to restart my subscription (i must be a masochist) only to be greeted with infinite loading screens when trying to pay. The tech was so bad they couldn't even take my money!!! Never using again, never recommending, and praying for a better competitor because the world needs something like this THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.
