Awesome app for getting better and healthier I'm a research buff and was really excited that the recommendations in the app were based on scientific evidence. I really enjoyed chatting with their AI agent, it provided a nice way to interact with the app and gave me lots of suggestions I can use in my day to day live.

I make an effort to maintain a balanced… I make an effort to maintain a balanced diet, manage my stress levels and stay active, and syd has been a great partner in this journey. For example it offers ingredient recommendations tailored to my specific needs and goals. Also, the genetic insights are fascinating and very insightful. My current goal is to better my sleep and thanks to syd, my sleep has improved, and my self-awareness as grown, among other progress made.

Very impressive stuff... everything is personalized I am a fitness fanatic and for years I had been wondering if all the tips I was reading and sometimes implementing were really relevant for me... and then came iamYiam! I got my DNA tested, found a lot of stuff about myself and booked a few sessions with a nutritionist who helped me tweak my diet to compensate for some of my natural imbalances... result: I have changed my breakfast routine and I hardly get the 11am cravings anymore, plus a really unexpected result: I sleep better!!!
