iamYiam supports happier and healthier life After first seeing the iamYiam platform I was impressed because it was the first time I had seen the full person measure of health Including mental and physical health on top of diet and sleep too. After being diagnosed with cancer the support and supliments available have educated, supported and encouraged me to have a better lifestyle that is helping to proactively manage my cancer at the same time as becoming fitter, healthier and happier. Initially Sceptical but not any more.... Reviews are not my thing but I will make an exception. I have been very impressed. Very easy to interact with and I am no app expert so if it works for me!! I will not say I am addicted but I am using it every couple of days after being on it daily for the last 2 months. My new year resolution was to concentrate on my health and although a bit late I have found what I need. I have recommended it to my whole family as that is what matters and it works!!
