GBInitially Sceptical but not any more.... Reviews are not my thing but I will make an exception. I have been very impressed. Very easy to interact with and I am no app expert so if it works for me!! I will not say I am addicted but I am using it every couple of days after being on it daily for the last 2 months. My new year resolution was to concentrate on my health and although a bit late I have found what I need. I have recommended it to my whole family as that is what matters and it works!!

NLVery impressive stuff... everything is personalized I am a fitness fanatic and for years I had been wondering if all the tips I was reading and sometimes implementing were really relevant for me... and then came iamYiam!
