My current goal is to better my sleep and thanks to syd, my sleep has improved, and my self-awareness as grown, among other progress made.

GBMotivation, a happy and productive company Having been an employee and then employer of 100s of talented people. I know the challenges for two parts of the equation. I do not think there has been more of a complex and volatile time being an employee and employer. The pressures of keeping jobs, managing office politics and toxic environments, stress, the uncertainty of jobs etc. You can't separate family life from work, they impact each other in many ways, and people don't realise this. All have a great toll on people on all sides. There is no doubt this is affecting the well-being of people, productivity and retention. Syd is an incredible platform that actually creates an affinity between employees and employers. It allows both parties to know each other better and provide full support to employees and at the same time give the employer metrics that can help them identify where effort is needed to improve the lives of staff, which results in a productive and happy company. NLVery impressive stuff... everything is personalized I am a fitness fanatic and for years I had been wondering if all the tips I was reading and sometimes implementing were really relevant for me... and then came iamYiam!
