AUDisappointment turned on its head Having purchased the product online I did not receive an email with the download instructions or activation key. That initial disappointment and concern that this might have been a scam site was quickly alleviated when I went onto their online chat support. Within minutes all was resolved. While some might think that a seamless purchase and activation would be the ideal, I was strangely more encouraged by the initial failure and quick human response. The product itself worked as promised.

GBHad an activation issue due to me… Had an activation issue due to me having mail address issue, was solved in really less than 2 mins. This must be the fastest support I have ever received. Awesome.

GBThis company does not honor their licensing terms TL;DR: This company does not honor the terms of their license. They get two stars instead of one because, with some tweaking, the product did work, but I'd never buy anything from them again. I purchased their PST to MBOX converter a few years ago. The software comes with a lifetime license but only one year of updates. I attempted to move it to a new computer, but instead of asking me for the license key and registration name, which I had recorded, it wanted the license key and email. After trying several of my emails, I contacted them to find out the email I needed to use in order to activate the program. The product is a $29 program. They told me it was good for only one year (not true, according to their website) and offered to deduct my $29 purchase price from their "Technician" license, which sells for $299. I declined, so they dropped the price a little more. I declined again and pointed out that the product comes with a lifetime license. They sent me a screenshot of the website showing they limit sales to a year of updates. I sent them a screenshot of their licensing terms, repeated that I didn't want updates, just to move the program to another computer, and asked them to honor the terms of their license. That was the last I heard from them.

FRDON'T BUY IT / FUYEZ THIEVES , incompetent customer service the software doesn't work.We do not recover all of these files and attachments. Paying $99 for a product that doesn't work is theft and they don't want to refund. Their 30-day refund policy is just false advertising. Small update, they contacted me to ask me to cancel my notice . I wouldn't do it, don't buy their product et pour les francophones entrain de lire ceci , fuyez .... Ce sont des voleurs et arnaqueurs rien de plus Update regarding your answer: Hi Kde team , you already have all the infos don’t look like you are sorry because I am going public and we are on internet. You already know that I never use your software and since I buy it never do anything with it , you already have all the infos . Ask your team , ask Maria , ask your support team . DEThe service was immediate The service was immediate, and the technicians were very knowledgeable about the software (OST to PST). In addition, they helped us out with a cost-free update. The staff was very friendly and deserves five Stars:-)
