AUDisappointment turned on its head Having purchased the product online I did not receive an email with the download instructions or activation key. That initial disappointment and concern that this might have been a scam site was quickly alleviated when I went onto their online chat support. Within minutes all was resolved. While some might think that a seamless purchase and activation would be the ideal, I was strangely more encouraged by the initial failure and quick human response. The product itself worked as promised.

GBHad an activation issue due to me… Had an activation issue due to me having mail address issue, was solved in really less than 2 mins. This must be the fastest support I have ever received. Awesome.

NZIt's getting better.... A wee update, after posting this, got an immediate response from there support team, an updated versions seems to have addressed the speed issue, running now, and will update again if all's good... Support has been really good so far! Software is slow, a 2gb tgz file takes over 5hrs to process, the software needs .net 3.5, really in 2019! The labels in the o365 migration window are confusing and make no sense. I'm on try 2 of the migration tons pst file as the first time did not preview correctly, half the data is missing! If it doesn't work this time, I'm going for a refund.

BEWatch out for KDE Tools Watch out for KDE Tools They deliver BAD software tha does not work and they try to let you pay more for another version that shold work better. I only had to convert a zimbra tgz file to pst . first i bought a personal license that did not work than i bought a corparate license in totla 238 $ . None of the software worked . And they would not pay me back . They only tried to sell me a enterprice licensce for 999 $ . Rgds Harry

NLPurchased the PST Splitter tool (Solved) Purchased the PST Splitter tool which doesn't work. Issue resolved. (Archive was looked by Outlook) Support contacted me after my review at Trust pilot and assisted me in solving the issue. The software does with needs to do but support can be improved.
