Contacted support which is not 24/7 (after a few replies usually disappearing) company proposed remote sessions which brought nothing valuable. A few promises that tool works for 100% and two days of waiting nothing has been delivered. I asked for refund of my money, did not get it. In total - not recommended at all.

Disappointment turned on its head Having purchased the product online I did not receive an email with the download instructions or activation key. That initial disappointment and concern that this might have been a scam site was quickly alleviated when I went onto their online chat support. Within minutes all was resolved. While some might think that a seamless purchase and activation would be the ideal, I was strangely more encouraged by the initial failure and quick human response. The product itself worked as promised.
