I only had to convert a zimbra tgz file to pst . first i bought a personal license that did not work than i bought a corparate license in totla 238 $ . None of the software worked . This company does not honor their licensing terms TL;DR: This company does not honor the terms of their license. They get two stars instead of one because, with some tweaking, the product did work, but I'd never buy anything from them again. I purchased their PST to MBOX converter a few years ago. The software comes with a lifetime license but only one year of updates. I attempted to move it to a new computer, but instead of asking me for the license key and registration name, which I had recorded, it wanted the license key and email. After trying several of my emails, I contacted them to find out the email I needed to use in order to activate the program. The product is a $29 program. They told me it was good for only one year (not true, according to their website) and offered to deduct my $29 purchase price from their "Technician" license, which sells for $299. I declined, so they dropped the price a little more. I declined again and pointed out that the product comes with a lifetime license. They sent me a screenshot of the website showing they limit sales to a year of updates. I sent them a screenshot of their licensing terms, repeated that I didn't want updates, just to move the program to another computer, and asked them to honor the terms of their license. That was the last I heard from them.

OST to PST converter OST to PST converter allows to open OST file and review it in the KDT software, but after conversion file to PST is useless - cannot be imported to Outlook. Contacted support which is not 24/7 (after a few replies usually disappearing) company proposed remote sessions which brought nothing valuable. A few promises that tool works for 100% and two days of waiting nothing has been delivered. I asked for refund of my money, did not get it. In total - not recommended at all.

Great support and value for money Being a little bit headache in the beginning. But after almost a week, KDE team update the product's version 2-3 times based on my requirement, I got what I want. Great support and value for money.

Do not buy OST to PST converter Do not buy OST to PST converter. Not possible to claim any refund and the return policy is drafted in a way to not refund any money back to you. Spend a bit more and look elsewhere for a reputable product. Even after the conversion to PST , you can't index the PST using any other indexing tools and the emails you retrieved are all rubbish without formatting.
