After reading all the mix reviews about… After reading all the mix reviews about the kdetools software company, I was in doubt but I took a risk (because I wanted to migrate my .ost file data directly into live Exchange server mailbox). But after purchasing & using its software, I want to say that company's service is above the expectations.

Not really a money back guarantee I paid for the software and it just crashed when I tried to use it - when I asked for support they said they had to 'remotely control' my laptop and download config files - no sane person would let someone they don't know remotely access their laptop and files. They claim a 30 day refund policy, but won't refund if you don't let them take over your computer. Beware.

DON'T BUY IT / FUYEZ THIEVES , incompetent customer service the software doesn't work.We do not recover all of these files and attachments. Paying $99 for a product that doesn't work is theft and they don't want to refund. Their 30-day refund policy is just false advertising. Watch out for KDE Tools Watch out for KDE Tools They deliver BAD software tha does not work and they try to let you pay more for another version that shold work better. I only had to convert a zimbra tgz file to pst . first i bought a personal license that did not work than i bought a corparate license in totla 238 $ . None of the software worked . And they would not pay me back . They only tried to sell me a enterprice licensce for 999 $ . Rgds Harry
