Shady business practice, not getting refund even tho I asked for it on billed day I tried to get a refund on the same the day it was billed, because I thought I had cancelled the subscription, I am student, so I don't have alot of money. Trying to getting a refund of the unused subscription seems to date unreasonably difficult, despite contacting support immediately they refused hardly. Really unfriendly in my opinion(being adamnt on refusing the refund even tho I wrote a ticket stating everything), and the worst customer support I've ever received on the internet. I'm also Inclined to believe that this isn't a coincidence and is part of their billing strategy. I'm also opening a case with PayPal over this event. Update: After writing this Review I got an E-Mail from them soon after(a few days), I'll revise my stars and give 2 more stars for this review.

Was great at first, but not anymore I first started to use Exitlag in 2022, it worked great it made my ping lower and more stable during gaming. During 2023 it did not help with ping anymore, so I stopped using it. I forgot to cancel recuring billing, was charged, tried to get a refund, but they said my account did not qualify for one. Even though less than 24 hours passed at the time of the charge. Make absolutely sure that you want this service, because you are not going to get a refund. Even if their service does not perform well in the future.

I had tried to cancel my subscribtion… I had tried to cancel my subscribtion after I only used exitlag services for a month (even tho I subscribed for 3 months), but when I tried cancelling it the website was unresponsive because it was keep loading. I assume it didn't go through because I was charged again couple days ago. 2 days ago I tried to refund the unused subscription when the 2nd month was charged, but despite contacting support immediately they refused. There was also no prompt or warning that it was coming up. I believe that this isn't a coincidence and is part of lots of online payment sites billing strategy.

Policies are non consumer friendly Policies are non consumer friendly, please avoid. Mainly, the refund policy should include renewals like many services these days due to the abundance of services management and scummy automatic renewals which are borderline scams. Customer support is relatively quick to respond in email but only because they look like automated responses from a robot pasting their policy with no actual action being taken, very demoralizing.

Diablo 4 Lag Solved Lag in Diablo 4 was nightmarish until I installed ExitLag. Blizzard's servers are fine, but the default stops between my computer and the D4 servers are congested most of the time. ExitLag has allowed me to just sit down and finally enjoy the game.
