I had tried to cancel my subscribtion… I had tried to cancel my subscribtion after I only used exitlag services for a month (even tho I subscribed for 3 months), but when I tried cancelling it the website was unresponsive because it was keep loading. I assume it didn't go through because I was charged again couple days ago. 2 days ago I tried to refund the unused subscription when the 2nd month was charged, but despite contacting support immediately they refused. There was also no prompt or warning that it was coming up. I believe that this isn't a coincidence and is part of lots of online payment sites billing strategy.

I purchased this service and used it… I purchased this service and used it for 10-15 days, paying for a 3-month subscription. However, despite my attempts to cancel the recurring payment after 10-15 days, I've been charged again. It seems like their strategy is to charge users multiple times, even though trying to cancel the service, I don't find their service useful at all. It feels like a complete scam. I will make sure to put this review on other platforms as well.

Fraudulent website. Their website indicated a 42% discount on the yearly package. This came down to R420 rand. I selected the package and paid only to receive a notification for 1100 rand. The support replied and notified me that because my account is old I got charged the full dollar amount and the special is effectively not for pre-special users. How does that make sense? Literally just fraud I would not recommend.
