Mainly, the refund policy should include renewals like many services these days due to the abundance of services management and scummy automatic renewals which are borderline scams. Customer support is relatively quick to respond in email but only because they look like automated responses from a robot pasting their policy with no actual action being taken, very demoralizing.

BRRevived my tree of savior I play tree of savior for a few years and have always had difficulty with lag, due to the lack of official Brazilian servers. But with ExitLag helped a lot! I had some difficulty with the configuration, but the support team helped me in the process, I highly recommend

AUShady billing practices, unhelpful support Tried to cancel after subscribing as I only wanted a month, but the site lagged out or was unresponsive when I tried to proceed, so I guess it didn't go through? I later tried to refund the unwanted & unused subscription when the 2nd month was charged, but despite contacting support immediately they refused. There was also no prompt or warning that it was coming up. I'm inclined to believe that this isn't a coincidence and is part of their billing strategy. Update: After I submitted this review they changed their mind and provided a refund so will revise to 3 stars
