Typesy A Great Gift! I purchased Typesy as a gift to my granddaughter. I couldn’t get it to install on her HP running Chrome OS, so I contacted customer service. I received an answer within 24 hours and was up and running. Thank you for the great experience!!

Charged me for unsuccessful trial I signed up for a trial. The app didn't work at all. I submitted a video and screenshots of the problem and asked for the trial to be cancelled. The customer support rep didn't even look at them. Then they billed me. There is a freeware app called Rapid Typing. It has similar functionality and none of these hassles.

Just a with one word, amazing. I liked it very much. I started to the course and training section and its now 3 am, I am still listening the videos and practicing. Typesy is my favorite typing program! I saw Typesy in one Homeschool blog. They were talking about the features the program has. I got interested, so I bought it for my kids. It has been our routine to spend 10-15 minutes of the day practicing touch typing or playing some games. I like the idea that parents can create exercises for them. With this, we can monitor and check the words they are exposed to. Young minds are so delicate, so I think many parents have the same concern as me. Typesy should maintain doing it this way.
