GBTerrible Customer Service Customer Service person was extremely hostile and childish and refused to address my problem and actually resorted to insulting me calling me stupid. Edit: I was told you want more details, but that is all there is, I missed the deadline to respond, as I don't read my emails that much, I also don't want that person who did this to me to give me anymore hassle. And the issue I had, turned out not to be resolvable anyway. I consider the matter closed. I won't be doing business with Typesy, and so, my review is final.

USI need to cancel this membership that I… I need to cancel this membership that I have never used and there is no way to get a hold of anyone and my bank account can’t provide me with a telephone number either. I deleted the application the second day I signed up for it and thought it was cancelled but for 3 months already they keep getting $9 from my bank account. I NEED MY $$$$ REFUNDED AND FOR THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME MONTHLY. THE 800-706-5904 number takes me to a voicemail to leave a message. What a scam!!

DEOk if you are American, but... The introduction website looked cool. But the actual program is bad. First of all, their videos look like they made them 10 years ago. Then, they don't have a German (qwertz) keyboard layout which basically made this unusable for me. The worst part is that you can't cancel the subscription on the website. You have to contact the support (which was thankfully very fast) to cancel it. There are sadly better free programs out there, but for Americans (because of the keyboard layout), its fine.

USLook no further...Typesy will exceed your expectations! Typesy is modern and fun to use while offering the typist a unique and productive experience for those who want to improve their typing speed. I looked at quite a few different typing programs, yet Typesy's vibrant and unique aesthetics are so awesome they exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with this product. I highly recommend Typesy for anyone who is looking to improve their typing speed without getting bored.
