Very Difficult to Cancel Membership We didn't really get into this program, so I can't really speak on the effectiveness of it. I will say that I was VERY annoyed by the fact that you cannot cancel your membership via the account settings on their website. I feel like they're hoping you'll just forget you're paying for it because they make it really hard to cancel your membership. When I realized this I tried submitting a ticket, but the website was broken and the ticket didn't go through. I tried the online chat, but it was outside of business hours, so it presented me the option to leave a message via the chat feature, only that didn't work either. I've looked it up and apparently in order to cancel, you have to call them up. I guess I don't see why I can create an account online, but I cannot cancel my membership online.

I have been using Typesy for a year now… I have been using Typesy for a year now and I have seen significant improvement with my typing speed and accuracy. From a hunt-and-peck typist of 28 wpm, I am now touch typing at an average speed of 49 wpm with an accuracy of 94%. This is a really good improvement for me. Typesy Individual account allows me to share it with 4 of my other family members. Now, all of us are having a typing competition every family day (Sunday).

I’ve tried different typing programs I’ve tried different typing programs, but Typesy is the best one I had so far. I like that it is direct and straightforward. The focus is on helping you learn the process of touch typing. I have been using it for 7 months now. From 35 WPM, I can already reach 50 WPM. I am looking forward to more exciting games and exercises. I am planning to include my friends since my account is suitable for 5 users. How fun is that? Thanks to the team for developing such an excellent program. Hoping I can achieve my typing speed goal soon.

I looked at quite a few different typing programs, yet Typesy's vibrant and unique aesthetics are so awesome they exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with this product. They ruined it They ruined it. It used to be bearable but with further updates, it no longer feels like I learning to type in a probable situation where I actually might type. Typing stops after you get a letter wrong and you have to put in that letter to continue. Now if you actually know how to type or have a word such as "Actually" with two of the same letter, the entire word will be messed up. Also, the fact that you have to reach a rather high accuracy to continue makes this supposedly causal typing program into a type of Duolingo bird where I'm terrified into coming back because due to the strict typing standards, I'm not enough.
