GBTypesy A Great Gift! I purchased Typesy as a gift to my granddaughter. I couldn’t get it to install on her HP running Chrome OS, so I contacted customer service. I received an answer within 24 hours and was up and running. Thank you for the great experience!!

GBCustomer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. There is no way to delete your account or remove your payment info from their website. Do not pay for this program. There are plenty of free typing programs out there that are better than Typesy.

GBCharged me for unsuccessful trial I signed up for a trial. The app didn't work at all. I submitted a video and screenshots of the problem and asked for the trial to be cancelled. The customer support rep didn't even look at them. Then they billed me. There is a freeware app called Rapid Typing. It has similar functionality and none of these hassles.

PHI’ve tried different typing programs I’ve tried different typing programs, but Typesy is the best one I had so far. I like that it is direct and straightforward. The focus is on helping you learn the process of touch typing. I have been using it for 7 months now. From 35 WPM, I can already reach 50 WPM. I am looking forward to more exciting games and exercises. I am planning to include my friends since my account is suitable for 5 users. How fun is that? Thanks to the team for developing such an excellent program. Hoping I can achieve my typing speed goal soon.

DEOk if you are American, but... The introduction website looked cool. But the actual program is bad. First of all, their videos look like they made them 10 years ago. Then, they don't have a German (qwertz) keyboard layout which basically made this unusable for me. The worst part is that you can't cancel the subscription on the website. You have to contact the support (which was thankfully very fast) to cancel it. There are sadly better free programs out there, but for Americans (because of the keyboard layout), its fine.
