GBCancelled trial account, charged anyway I signed up for a trial account. Several days before the end of the trial, I went to cancel my subscription. Their site doesn't allow cancellations except through "submitting a ticket", which I did, and I also contacted customer service to request cancellation. They received my ticket and chat request and several days later, charged me anyway. Update: They cancelled the account and reversed the charge / refunded the amount that I paid.

PHA friend of mine introduced Typesy to… A friend of mine introduced Typesy to me. At first, I thought it was just like any other crappy typing program, but I was wrong. It contains complete typing courses, it has an excellent interface, and it has superb monitoring. You can even determine which fingers or keys you need to improve. You will get motivated because it has a ranking feature for all the users. The games are appealing and cool. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a typing program. I hope they will add more curriculums or activities soon. Great job to the team!

GBVery Difficult to Cancel Membership We didn't really get into this program, so I can't really speak on the effectiveness of it. I will say that I was VERY annoyed by the fact that you cannot cancel your membership via the account settings on their website. I feel like they're hoping you'll just forget you're paying for it because they make it really hard to cancel your membership. When I realized this I tried submitting a ticket, but the website was broken and the ticket didn't go through. I tried the online chat, but it was outside of business hours, so it presented me the option to leave a message via the chat feature, only that didn't work either. I've looked it up and apparently in order to cancel, you have to call them up. I guess I don't see why I can create an account online, but I cannot cancel my membership online.

PHI have been using Typesy for a year now… I have been using Typesy for a year now and I have seen significant improvement with my typing speed and accuracy. From a hunt-and-peck typist of 28 wpm, I am now touch typing at an average speed of 49 wpm with an accuracy of 94%. This is a really good improvement for me. Typesy Individual account allows me to share it with 4 of my other family members. Now, all of us are having a typing competition every family day (Sunday).

DEOk if you are American, but... The introduction website looked cool. But the actual program is bad. First of all, their videos look like they made them 10 years ago. Then, they don't have a German (qwertz) keyboard layout which basically made this unusable for me. The worst part is that you can't cancel the subscription on the website. You have to contact the support (which was thankfully very fast) to cancel it. There are sadly better free programs out there, but for Americans (because of the keyboard layout), its fine.
