Typesy A Great Gift! I purchased Typesy as a gift to my granddaughter. I couldn’t get it to install on her HP running Chrome OS, so I contacted customer service. I received an answer within 24 hours and was up and running. Thank you for the great experience!!

Thanks to Typesy :) Thanks to Typesy, I am now confident with my typing skill. When I started, I was just an average typist, but now it has increased 10 WPM more. Having a high typing speed makes a difference in work. I can already accomplish my typing tasks faster than before. Months ago, I allocated most of my time practicing, and I am happy with the transcendent results. The program is unique compared to other typing programs because its purpose of helping you master touch typing is compelling. I enjoyed my time practicing because the games are also impressive.

Cancelled trial account, charged anyway I signed up for a trial account. Several days before the end of the trial, I went to cancel my subscription. Their site doesn't allow cancellations except through "submitting a ticket", which I did, and I also contacted customer service to request cancellation. They received my ticket and chat request and several days later, charged me anyway. Update: They cancelled the account and reversed the charge / refunded the amount that I paid.

I looked at quite a few different typing programs, yet Typesy's vibrant and unique aesthetics are so awesome they exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with this product. Charged me for unsuccessful trial I signed up for a trial. The app didn't work at all. I submitted a video and screenshots of the problem and asked for the trial to be cancelled. The customer support rep didn't even look at them. Then they billed me. There is a freeware app called Rapid Typing. It has similar functionality and none of these hassles.
