A friend of mine introduced Typesy to… A friend of mine introduced Typesy to me. At first, I thought it was just like any other crappy typing program, but I was wrong. It contains complete typing courses, it has an excellent interface, and it has superb monitoring. You can even determine which fingers or keys you need to improve. You will get motivated because it has a ranking feature for all the users. The games are appealing and cool. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a typing program. I hope they will add more curriculums or activities soon. Great job to the team!

I need to cancel this membership that I… I need to cancel this membership that I have never used and there is no way to get a hold of anyone and my bank account can’t provide me with a telephone number either. I deleted the application the second day I signed up for it and thought it was cancelled but for 3 months already they keep getting $9 from my bank account. I NEED MY $$$$ REFUNDED AND FOR THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME MONTHLY. THE 800-706-5904 number takes me to a voicemail to leave a message. What a scam!!

Charged me for unsuccessful trial I signed up for a trial. The app didn't work at all. I submitted a video and screenshots of the problem and asked for the trial to be cancelled. The customer support rep didn't even look at them. Then they billed me. There is a freeware app called Rapid Typing. It has similar functionality and none of these hassles.

Very Difficult to Cancel Membership We didn't really get into this program, so I can't really speak on the effectiveness of it. I will say that I was VERY annoyed by the fact that you cannot cancel your membership via the account settings on their website. I feel like they're hoping you'll just forget you're paying for it because they make it really hard to cancel your membership. When I realized this I tried submitting a ticket, but the website was broken and the ticket didn't go through. I tried the online chat, but it was outside of business hours, so it presented me the option to leave a message via the chat feature, only that didn't work either. I've looked it up and apparently in order to cancel, you have to call them up. I guess I don't see why I can create an account online, but I cannot cancel my membership online.
