DEOk if you are American, but... The introduction website looked cool. But the actual program is bad. First of all, their videos look like they made them 10 years ago. Then, they don't have a German (qwertz) keyboard layout which basically made this unusable for me. The worst part is that you can't cancel the subscription on the website. You have to contact the support (which was thankfully very fast) to cancel it. There are sadly better free programs out there, but for Americans (because of the keyboard layout), its fine.

GBThey ruined it They ruined it. It used to be bearable but with further updates, it no longer feels like I learning to type in a probable situation where I actually might type. Typing stops after you get a letter wrong and you have to put in that letter to continue. Now if you actually know how to type or have a word such as "Actually" with two of the same letter, the entire word will be messed up. Also, the fact that you have to reach a rather high accuracy to continue makes this supposedly causal typing program into a type of Duolingo bird where I'm terrified into coming back because due to the strict typing standards, I'm not enough. PS. Just use Typing Racer

PHI have been using Typesy for a year now… I have been using Typesy for a year now and I have seen significant improvement with my typing speed and accuracy. From a hunt-and-peck typist of 28 wpm, I am now touch typing at an average speed of 49 wpm with an accuracy of 94%. This is a really good improvement for me. Typesy Individual account allows me to share it with 4 of my other family members. Now, all of us are having a typing competition every family day (Sunday).

GBTypesy is my favorite typing program! I saw Typesy in one Homeschool blog. They were talking about the features the program has. I got interested, so I bought it for my kids. It has been our routine to spend 10-15 minutes of the day practicing touch typing or playing some games. I like the idea that parents can create exercises for them. With this, we can monitor and check the words they are exposed to. Young minds are so delicate, so I think many parents have the same concern as me. Typesy should maintain doing it this way. Thanks for the excellent customer support as well.

GBCancelled trial account, charged anyway I signed up for a trial account. Several days before the end of the trial, I went to cancel my subscription. Their site doesn't allow cancellations except through "submitting a ticket", which I did, and I also contacted customer service to request cancellation. They received my ticket and chat request and several days later, charged me anyway. Update: They cancelled the account and reversed the charge / refunded the amount that I paid.
