Typesy is my favorite typing program! I saw Typesy in one Homeschool blog. They were talking about the features the program has. I got interested, so I bought it for my kids. It has been our routine to spend 10-15 minutes of the day practicing touch typing or playing some games. I like the idea that parents can create exercises for them. With this, we can monitor and check the words they are exposed to. Young minds are so delicate, so I think many parents have the same concern as me. Typesy should maintain doing it this way. I’ve tried different typing programs I’ve tried different typing programs, but Typesy is the best one I had so far. I like that it is direct and straightforward. The focus is on helping you learn the process of touch typing. I have been using it for 7 months now. From 35 WPM, I can already reach 50 WPM. I am looking forward to more exciting games and exercises. I am planning to include my friends since my account is suitable for 5 users. How fun is that? Thanks to the team for developing such an excellent program. Hoping I can achieve my typing speed goal soon.

Terrible Customer Service Customer Service person was extremely hostile and childish and refused to address my problem and actually resorted to insulting me calling me stupid. Edit: I was told you want more details, but that is all there is, I missed the deadline to respond, as I don't read my emails that much, I also don't want that person who did this to me to give me anymore hassle. And the issue I had, turned out not to be resolvable anyway. I consider the matter closed. I won't be doing business with Typesy, and so, my review is final.

I have been using Typesy for a year now… I have been using Typesy for a year now and I have seen significant improvement with my typing speed and accuracy. From a hunt-and-peck typist of 28 wpm, I am now touch typing at an average speed of 49 wpm with an accuracy of 94%. This is a really good improvement for me. Typesy Individual account allows me to share it with 4 of my other family members. Now, all of us are having a typing competition every family day (Sunday).

Very Difficult to Cancel Membership We didn't really get into this program, so I can't really speak on the effectiveness of it. I will say that I was VERY annoyed by the fact that you cannot cancel your membership via the account settings on their website. I feel like they're hoping you'll just forget you're paying for it because they make it really hard to cancel your membership. When I realized this I tried submitting a ticket, but the website was broken and the ticket didn't go through. I tried the online chat, but it was outside of business hours, so it presented me the option to leave a message via the chat feature, only that didn't work either. I've looked it up and apparently in order to cancel, you have to call them up. I guess I don't see why I can create an account online, but I cannot cancel my membership online.
