Great experience so far great experience so far, i find the pricing a bit expensive and I hope the symbols and numbers are included in the early practices. Although the interface looks good and user-friendly; I love how they add speed typing after the basic. Lastly, I wish they have a free trial in the Microsoft store.

Typesy is my favorite typing program! I saw Typesy in one Homeschool blog. They were talking about the features the program has. I got interested, so I bought it for my kids. It has been our routine to spend 10-15 minutes of the day practicing touch typing or playing some games. I like the idea that parents can create exercises for them. With this, we can monitor and check the words they are exposed to. Young minds are so delicate, so I think many parents have the same concern as me. Typesy should maintain doing it this way. I need to cancel this membership that I… I need to cancel this membership that I have never used and there is no way to get a hold of anyone and my bank account can’t provide me with a telephone number either. I deleted the application the second day I signed up for it and thought it was cancelled but for 3 months already they keep getting $9 from my bank account. I NEED MY $$$$ REFUNDED AND FOR THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME MONTHLY. THE 800-706-5904 number takes me to a voicemail to leave a message. What a scam!!

Charged me for unsuccessful trial I signed up for a trial. The app didn't work at all. I submitted a video and screenshots of the problem and asked for the trial to be cancelled. The customer support rep didn't even look at them. Then they billed me. There is a freeware app called Rapid Typing. It has similar functionality and none of these hassles.
