Awesome Quality We have purchased 3 pool covers for our above ground pool over the last 10 years and each time we have been so disappointed in the quality. Those covers were each inadequate. We have our new pool cover from Pool Centers and it is wonderful. The cover is sized to fit better, the seam around the edge is reinforced and the cover is made of material to stand up to the weather. Recommend Pool Centers highly.

Garbage product and waiting on a response from customer service Purchased 15 sets of water bags for tying down an in-ground pool cover and they are made of the flimsiest plastic imaginable. More than half of the water bags already had splits or pin sized holes in them upon arrival. Absolutely garbage. Sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and am waiting on a response.

Great Product and service. We ordered our cover online from the standard selections after reviewing all of the information on how to determine the size that we needed. The product shipped out within the next 2 days and we had it within a week and is a very quality cover and all of the information and parts that were needed to install and a much lower cost than the local pool companies had priced to us. We will be doing business with them a gain for all of our pool needs.

pool cover Good price versus competition. Product "looks" good, but my history is that other pool covers only last 2 years...despite my best on-going maintenance efforts. It would be great if you would re-survey me in 2 years.
