Great service and product Ordered the cover and used my debit card to pay. Turns out that Mastercard was having a glitch and was declining all online purchases due to billing address errors within their system. Pool Center called and emailed right away to get it straight, and still had the pool shipped out within a few hours. Product was very sturdy and looks like it will last for years.

Quality, fast delivery and reasonably priced. Looking for a new pool cover, googled and found The Pool Cover. Checked several other sites but found that no one had a similar cover of the same quality and price. Big bonus, ordered on a Saturday and received my cover on Wednesdsy. Left Hand and Right Hand After waiting for our pool cover for some time I called Pool Center. They didn't know why the order hadn't been filled and shipped. They called the manufacturer. The manufacturer thought we ordered a custom cover and didn't have enough information to make the cover. We did not order a custom cover. Finally, a week later we received the off-the-shelf cover we ordered.

Shipped wrong cover We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.
