Fast, Efficiant, and Quality products I was exceptionaly happy with my choice to order my new pool cover from The Pool Centers. Their site was very easy to navigate, with abundent information on the products they offered. I felt extremely confident when i placed my order, I would be receiving the best possible product to meet my needs. I placed my order at 11 am on Thursday and the package was at my door step by 10 am friday. The cover is very well made and offered at a great price.

Garbage product and waiting on a response from customer service Purchased 15 sets of water bags for tying down an in-ground pool cover and they are made of the flimsiest plastic imaginable. More than half of the water bags already had splits or pin sized holes in them upon arrival. Absolutely garbage. Sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and am waiting on a response.

Web site needs some help We actually have not received the cover yet but I'm sure it will be fine. The only issue was trying to order it on line. It is too difficult to describe the issues that I had here but it got to where I actually had to phone my order in. The sales lady I spoke to was very efficient and helpful She also said they were having issues with the web site so apparently it wasn't just me. Looking forward to the arrival of the cover tomorrow. If there are any issues there, I will be updating this review.

Great service and product Ordered the cover and used my debit card to pay. Turns out that Mastercard was having a glitch and was declining all online purchases due to billing address errors within their system. Pool Center called and emailed right away to get it straight, and still had the pool shipped out within a few hours. Product was very sturdy and looks like it will last for years.

Shipped wrong cover We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.
